Being positioned at the beginning of Port Hercules, Caffe Milano is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a cocktail by the sea. Caffe Milano recently underwent a total renovation to complement one of Monaco’s most spectacular terraces overlooking Port Hercules and the charming Prince Palace. The transition between outdoor and indoor spaces was studied to enhance the location, giving every table an enchanting view. The interior décor is composed of earthy tones and blue touches to complement the warm and convivial atmosphere of Caffe Milano.

Café Milano is a lovely spot for Italian cuisine in a prime location with beautiful harbour views. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating.
While the overall experience was good, I felt the dish I tried could have been more flavorful. Still, it’s a nice place to visit and worth trying.

The food was absolutely delicious and worth to try. We tried Seafood risotto and linguine with clams and had dessert with tiramisu at the end. Besides the food, the service was amazing, our waiter called Vincenzo, he was really professional and served us with all of his hospitality. I love this restaurant, and definitely will come back here in the future.

The first thing that impressed me was the server Vincenzo. Not only was he extremely polite but he was consistently looking out for our table to clear it if it gets full halfway or if we needed more cutleries/ plates. He also had excellent recommendations – one of which was the seasonal Mussel Soup with Bread.
Food wise, the mussel soup they recommended was a 10/10. Highly impressed with it, had a garlicky and salty flavour. Mussels were fresh and in very, very generous amounts.
Tiramisu was one of the best I have ever eaten but I would recommend having it with at least 2 people (as the restaurant would also recommend). Perfect blend of both crispy and creaminess with a rich espresso taste.
Overall, an excellent place to dine at with a good view of the harbour. Excellent service by Vincenzo and we do look forward to coming here again in our travels.

We had a wonderful experience at Café Milano with my family during our visit to Monaco. From the moment we sat down, we were greeted with warm and attentive service. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.

Beware the Tiramisu is large and I would say is for 2 people! I ordered the shrimp linguini and it was delicious. Don’t forget to eat the meat in the tail. The chicken schnitzel was quite tasty as well. The tiramisu was exquisite and filling. I would also come here just for the tiramisu. The restaurant has a port view so if you’re on the patio you can see the yachts. The staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend!

I visited on a beautiful sunny day and chose to sit on the terrace — it was lovely and relaxing with a great sea view.
The food was served at a good pace. At first, I thought the prices were a bit high, but when the dishes arrived, the generous portions made it feel totally worth it.
The zucchini and seafood calamari, and the bottarga and clam pasta were both absolutely delicious!
The customer service was amazing, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
However, as someone who also works in hospitality, I felt a bit sad to see a manager shouting at a staff member before opening time. Some passersby also looked surprised.
Everything else — the food, service, and atmosphere — was excellent, and I truly believe kindness and respect behind the scenes are just as important as great service in front of guests.

The food was very well presented and tasty! We were seated and served quickly. All of the staff at Caffé Milano were thoughtful and friendly. Aida was our server and she was attentive to our needs and very accommodating to our limited French, which we appreciated as this was above and beyond our expectations. We went with the highly recommended calamari and bologna pizza and they did not disappoint. Looking forward to coming back!

I did not expect the restaurant to be as nice after seeing the exterior, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fried calamari and zucchini dish was giant! It was delicious, I have not been able to find this anywhere else. I had the grilled prawns and whole chicken which were good. The mash and truffle fries were also very tasty. The waiters were extremely friendly and very attentive. Thank you
