People that work there were more interested in themselves than the customers. Took my order, didn’t say how long the wait would be, just started taking the next order. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for them to start my order. I ended up asking where my food was, after I watched the group of 6 people that came in after me, leave with all their food. Oh sorry your order will be ready in a few minutes…15 minutes later I got my food. My order had been overlooked and they thought it was done already. If I hadn’t been sitting there waiting, I would not have ever gotten my order.

The ice cream is good. I believe the soft serve are all vanilla ice cream mixed with a syrup. So, stick to the hard ice cream. There are several flavors that were very good.
