This location is by far the most authentic when it comes to sushi and environment. These guys aren’t trying to be the best, all they care about is the freshness. And making sure people get that experience of sushi in California. It’s a great hole in the wall and mom and Pop. Birthday are covered for desserts and they accept military discount.

The food was alright, I had gotten the chicken karaage bento box and it was pretty mid, the customer service was awful, the Asian lady there was rude and constantly attacked us verbally when we clearly didn’t receive the food that we ordered, extremely unprofessional and do not recommend going if you like to be berated for not receiving the correct order. My friend who was with me was even surprised as they had never done this before on his previous visits. The other staff was pretty good and attentive but the Asian lady ruined everything. The soups were cold and they willingly gave us the correct order while saying “I know you ordered it without this but we still added it”.

It’s our favorite local, authentic sushi place. Sushi quality is consistent and service is always fast and good. Love the dine in specials. I had the oh my gosh roll tonight and is now my favorite. It was like a bundle of sushi love, combo of flavor and texture that sits on a fried mint leaf-OMG!
