My Innsbruck omelette and the baguette were fantastic. It was perfectly cooked. The Kaisy was also excellent. Definitely want to go back to try their sausages and sandwiches because they smelled really good.

Place was clean and staff was polite. Total bill was $45.00. One water one ice tea, two kanishes with two slice of pork. Two bratwursts, potatoes with onions. Mustard was tasty. On the high end for the meal.

We’ve been told to try Kaisy’s after living in the area for a few years. We were excited by the menu. However, everything we got was awful. For example, the weinerschnitzel was actually inedible. It might have been fried this weekend but surely wasn’t cooked fresh. We actually left the majority of this dish on the table as it was gross. The latkes were limp and mushy. We got a quiche Lorraine that had an off flavor. We also got a Jambon Buerre that I’m pretty sure they use land o lakes butter on instead of trying to meet the expectations of the concept. Would not recommend eating here until their prices meet the quality of the food.

Due to the Owner responding to my wife’s feedback and seemingly having an aneurysm on honest feedback, I figured I would also provide some more detailed feedback to hopefully help this local business. I will lead off by saying I have been to Austria, Germany and France, sampled many of these foods at the source, so I do know how many of these are intended to taste.

Kitschy is the best thing going for it. The staff was fantastic. For the cost you can go to several other nearby establishments and enjoy a better meal. That sandwich with two slices of cucumber was $11, glass of iced tea $6. Not the best value for what you pay.

Place was very clean and staff were pleasant. The latkes were not bad, although not freshly made for each order. However, the omelets were overcooked and disappointing. They advertised gluten free Kaiseys on both their website and on their menu board. But when ordering one we were told you have to call ahead for that which was not stated anywhere. Overall a disappointing, although not horrible, experience.

Very disappointed in our trip to Kaisy’s Delights today. Hubby is out of town so I decided to take the kids for ice cream and take a kaisy home I also bought goulash and 2 latkes with applesauce for my dinner. Since I have 4 kids 9 and under I opted for the drive through. The young person working was barely audible through the speaker. This was probably in part to both my loud children and their low tone and mumbling. I eventually told them I would pull up and I could barely hear them even when we were face to face. I ordered 4 small ice creams the 3 cones were balls of ice cream placed precariously on top of the cone. The cup was fine. I ordered a large Kaisy to bring home, and that was just ok. The goulash that I ordered eas filled to the brim of the cup, but unfortunately the top half inch of the cup was just oil and grease that spilled all over me, my clothes that are now ruined and my floor. I tried to salvage what was left, but it was too greasy to be edible. There was a piece of a bay leaf left in the container too which really would have hurt if someone ingested it accidentally. I ordered applesauce with my latkes which was the highlight of everything! It was wonderful, tasted homemade, with pieces of apple in it. And lastly, when I ordered the latkes the employee told me the grill was closed for cleaning so I asked if I could cook them at home, they said yes. When I got home I looked in the container and my two latkes were paper thin, cold, dry and completely overcooked. I would be embarrassed to charge $5 for something like that! When I got to the window to pay, the bately audible young person asked of I wanted to leave a tip on the card? I thought this was impolite but left a $5 tip because we had ordered so much, and it was late in the afternoon. My total was $58. I can not believe I paid $58 and the only enjoyable part was a 2oz cup of applesauce.

The kaisy was tasty but not for breakfast. It was extremely sweet and loaded with too much sugar. The whipped cream was amazing and the best part, get extra whipped cream for sure! Would recommend having for dessert.
