My husband and I were very impressed with the amazing food. The service and atmosphere were great too. We could tell that everything was prepared fresh and it didn’t take very long to get our food. My husband enjoyed the lobster bisque and pastrami sandwich. The soup was fresh and he loved the unique spin on a pastrami sandwich with the kimchi. I enjoyed Kade’s hoagie, which was a steak sandwich. It was huge and delicious! We also tried the chicken and waffles, which were to die for. And dessert was the best part. The cannoli cream was so light and fresh, and the cheesecake was recommended by the owner as the best cheesecake we’d ever have. She was not mistaken. The fresh strawberry preserves and apple blackberry preserves really made it out of this world! We highly recommend and will be back again.

I absolutely love Kade’s! The entrees, the milk bread, and the desserts are all amazing (favorite entrees, so far, are the salmon with dill cream sauce; the chicken French; and the shrimp po’ boy… but everything that we’ve ordered there has been excellent). Fresh ingredients & friendly, top-notch service. They even do take-out catering, and it’s fantastic. This is our favorite new eatery in LeRoy! Don’t miss the milk bread rolls with honey butter. Soooo good.

The food here was the best food I have had in the area. The sauce on the chicken parm tasted very fresh, and the toastie was flavorful and delicious. The food came out hot and you could tell it was fresh. The servers were sweet and attentive. We can’t wait to come back here!

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Warm inviting atmosphere with a modern look. The food was incredible! I started with the seafood bisque which was flavorful and abundant. I then ordered a pastrami sandwich on milk bread. You can taste how carefully crafted all the homemade ingredients are that come together in a flavor explosion. I finished w a cup of coffee and cheesecake w a delightful berry sauce. Do yourself a favor and eat here!

We requested Kade’s Scratch Kitchen Restaurant and Catering in Le Roy, to provide lunch for a three-day large event at our company that included international guests and customers. Their menu options are more than most with exceptional choices including standard offerings and many high-end dishes such as prime rib, NY strip steak, specialty Italian chicken dishes, unique salads, and gourmet fresh baked bread, rolls and desserts. (The desserts disappeared first!) Along with decorative glass beverage containers, they provided a large cooler of ice with scoop and other presentation items. The chef also created three specialty vegan dishes per a guest request – huge hit! Kade’s responsiveness and customer service were top notch, and our guests and employees were all so impressed with the delicious food and selection. If you haven’t tried them yet, please check out Kade’s Scratch Kitchen restaurant and catering in LeRoy – you will love them!

Reminds me of a nicer diner. DO NOT get mixed drinks. All alcohol is “wine based” not actual liquor. The Manhattan was fire engine red and sticky sweet. They were out of several items on the menu. Best thing I can say was the pasta was cooked really well. Not terrible but probably won’t be returning. Not a dessert person but the baked goods did look good.

First time at this friendly, clean, and spacious spot on Main Street. Our party shared buffalo chicken pizza and bacon cheddar burgers, which we agreed were really, really good burgers, cooked just right. Will go again for sure.

1/5 Stars – Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience at Kade’s Scratch Kitchen.
We’ve dined at Kade’s Scratch Kitchen four times, but our latest visit was a complete disaster. My husband ordered a second beer, which never arrived, yet it was included on our bill. I had two drinks and even offered him half of mine, noticing he’d only had one, before we realized the error on the check. When he politely pointed out that he never received the second beer, the owner insisted she “100% delivered it” and argued with him. Something being on a bill, and not delivered is a common mistake—you never fight with customer. As someone with years of hospitality experience in foodie cities like Portland, Maine, and Boston, I’ve never seen a restaurant owner argue with a customer over something so trivial—especially with a family dining with two small children under two, and having ordered appetizers, drinks, meals, and three cookies for dessert. I even offered to still pay for the beer he never got.
When my husband tried to address the issue calmly, the owner shockingly threatened to call the police if he didn’t leave. To make matters worse, she was openly complaining about wanting to go home to bed when we arrived, setting a negative tone from the start. While everyone can have a bad day, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Kade’s Scratch Kitchen has lost our business, and it’s clear the owner is in the wrong industry.

Dropped in Kade’s Scratch Kitchen and couldn’t believe the comfortable and captivating cafe. We were quickly seated by the friendly staff, and since it was our first time there, our server was happy to help us, and point out some of her favorites off the menu. Both appetizers and entrees alike were delicious, clearly homemade, and hot! My only complaint is I didn’t save room for desert! All around wonderful experience and thoroughly recommend

First time visit and very impressed. Staff are friendly and efficient. Restaurant and restroom very clean and brightly lit. Food was served quick and hot. Although everything was overly salted we enjoyed our meals and will absolutely be back.
