First timers. Italian ice was excellent. Loved the fruit chunks. I didn’t like the custard at all, but my kids did. We need to go back to try some drinks. Good customer service and even a BYU-I student discount for my son.

K-Lani’s is like the much more successful and mature older sister of CarrieAnn’s. The custard and Italian ice here is my favorite of all time and it’s half the price of any other Italian ice places I know of. Plus it’s year round so you can get your cookies and cream custard fix whenever you want! Inside has cool lounge chairs and tables making it a great place to hang out with family or friends. I wish I went here more as a college student!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The custard was the best we’ve ever had, and the float was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful as well. Extremely inviting, excellent customer service, and an enjoyable ambiance that made us want to stay. We will definitely be returning.

This is the best place if you want a thick creamy custard. I am a stickler for custard and I don’t want it to be like ice cream, because custard is supposed to be churned differently and is supposed to be richer than regular ice cream and soft serve. The flavor selection they have for the custard are great! It pairs well with their Italian ice I think better than Kari-Ann’s. There’s more flavor. My husband and I always go when we have a hankering for it, and enjoy their coconut, cookies and cream, red raspberry, and seasonal flavors. All have a rich flavor, and don’t feel too sweet. They also offer mixed drinks in the form of riptides, and those are yummy as well. When we go, it’s always clean and there’s plenty of seating for if you bring your family and friends with you. The wait time between ordering and receiving your treats is also phenomenal; they work like lightning to get exactly what you want. We love it here and we hope we keep coming back for more over the years!

K’Lani’s is by far my favourite place in Rexburg. It’s a fun place, well decorated, and the desserts are amazing!! The red raspberry Italian ice is made with real raspberries. The custard is tasty and high quality. This place makes me happy and I hope it never goes away.

Came within hours and there was a sign saying they were out doing deliveries. I watched 3 other cars pull up and leave within the time we were figuring out where we wanted to go instead.

Was pretty stoked to try this place because of the reviews, but man its pretty disappointing. 4$ for 3 scoops of okay at best pineapple sorbet is kinda lame. We also tried a tidal wave, tigers blood with mountain dew, and the syrup they used tastes like it came from Dollar General. Now, they have bottles with their label slapped on, so do they make the syrup themselves? I highly doubt it though. 2/5 because the prices do not warrant the quality. If you want something refreshing, get a frosted lemonade from sodavine or literally anything from Karie Ann’s.

Really enjoy this place! They’re very reasonably priced and have big portions, enough to share for sure! My favorites are the mango Italian ice and red raspberry gelati. They both have chunks of real fruit in them
