EVERYTIME and I mean EVERYTIME I order here my orders not correct. Then they say we can offer a credit ok a credit won’t feed my child especially when I’m at work and can’t run back smh then to charge the price they do for a sandwich and only put 2 piece of meat on the sandwich smh imma start going to pops bc u can only give a spot so many chances before your just done and today I’m done… this was supposed to be a pork well done and cheese NO EGG (allergic) and this is what we got yet again EVEN AFTER READING THE ORDER BACK TO ME to make sure we didn’t have this issue… ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Coke float was alright, after mixing it.
Sherbet was, solely in my opinion, inedible. It, the sherbet, tasted of processed granulated white sugar, chemical food coloring dye, and freezer ice
My review will change as I try other items there.
Avoid the sherbet. I had three spoons then threw out the $5+ treat, which made me Try the Vanilla bean.

We’ve been coming here for a long time and me and my partner Alex really do enjoy this spot. The bagels are great and you can tell the team works hard, especially on busy weekends. Sometimes the wait ends up being longer than expected, but it has never stopped us from coming back. We just wanted to share our experience in a supportive way. We appreciate this local shop and the people running it, and we’ll keep being regulars.

Previously wrote a review that didn’t really capture my true experience at K&B. I’ve been coming here for the past two years almost every weekend with my partner. The food is delicious. I live in PA and between all of the bagel stops I have tried in NJ and PA, K&B is by far my favorite. Highly recommend. They can get pretty busy which should be expected of a place that serves great food. Hard working staff.

Order was made wrong twice in a row.
I still had to pay for the remake of the second order.
Seems like they might care but their teamwork or system understanding compromises customer satisfaction.
Recommend improving internal processes.

A non assuming little place for bagels, breakfast sandwiches and ICE CREAM! Clean plenty of seats and ample parking. Ice cream was good. Chocolate shake with sprinkles (not jimmies) and a butter pecan cone $14 In today’s world that’s fair pricing for a good solid product. The young girl serving was kind and pleasant and got the order correct. Will be our local go to for summer ice cream treats! Definitely stop by and check them out!

Not that I should have to explain my child medical issues at all lol but please do some research before you come to the reviews and basically call the allergy false. Secondly this is not the first second third hell maybe even 4th time the order was wrong. Stop trying to minimize the lack of attention your employees pay to the orders they create. Yes days later the sandwich was remade but that didn’t help the day it was ordered and I couldn’t make it back to have it fixed so she would eat it. It’s really unprofessional to not understand the inconvenience that it causes your customers you know the same people that keep your business alive the same people that pay your bills by visiting your establishment. Do better be better have a blessed day sweetheart
