Tommy Huang, the owner and chef, longs to once again wield his sushi knife and craft delectable sushi. He wants to use his culinary expertise and artistic flair to delight our customers with his sushi creations. Starting July 5th, sushi will return to our new menu, presented under our fresh brand name, K.A. Sushi. Ramen will not be serve at this location. This venture will serve as a sibling brand to our renowned ramen establishment, Kuma Ani. We sincerely appreciate your continued support.

We went here Saturday on a bright sunny spring day. Our order was fulfilled quickly and we received our appetizers first. Three of our party had ramen; two others had donburi, along with a couple of sodas, boba tea and beer. Great meal and I took 1/2 my ramen home. The dining area was clean and brightly lit; we just happened to be the only customers dining in that evening.

The freshest, tastiest and most flavorful Japanese meal we have had – an extremely memorable food experience! We had donkatsu, udon, burrito, and a roll and we were ecstatic every bite. Such a great restaurant! I ordered Hawaiian tuna poke over mixed greens. The photo was taken when I was half way done…..sorry, but it was delicious. This place has the best poke in the capital region! Kuma Ani is very clean & follows Covid protocols. Great for a date night or a family meal. There are so many choices on the menu. Definitely will be back. Parking is a bit tricky, but there’s a parking lot behind the restaurant.
