Ordered online. When my uber driver went, they said I already picked up. I never went there. They kept saying I went and picked up in person. Then said they are too busy. Why take orders if you can’t make it???? I was told by the driver and they that I was lying. I was eagerly waiting for my food and then they ruined everything. Uber did refunded me though. But not ordering again!

Not sure why all of the negative reviews but the underground burger is amazing! I’ve come here the last 2 days in a row for lunch and really loved talking to the man that runs the place. He said his brother owns the restaurant. He’s very kind! The food was cooked fresh and is delicious! Very clean eatery. I wish we had this in Atlanta!

Absolutely insane! One of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. Mouth watering, great sauce, slaw, pickles, and chicken. The fries were fair, on the dry side but I was there for the sandwich not the fries. I would use different fries if I owned the place. Overall, it was fantastic with a great guy behind the counter. I will be back!

I walked in to the store, the cashier was on the phone and didn’t pay any attention to me for a while. They ruined everything for me with their rude behavior and bad service. The guy was not using gloves while cooking. When I pointed this, he got mad. I asked for ketchup and hot sause for my fries and burger, he said they don’t have it, while I could see it there right in front of me.

I’ve been in the U.S. for 1.5 years, and this was honestly one of the most delicious burgers I’ve had so far! Maybe the place isn’t spotless or perfect in terms of cleanliness, but I care about taste — and the burger was incredibly flavorful. I don’t understand the low rating; I really enjoyed it!

I love their burgers but they’re not open when they say they are, the last few times I tried going they told me they were not open when it’s hours before their closing and considering the reviews they have from other people I wish I could say the contrary but lately they have been just confirming why they have those reviews. Unfortunate!
