I’m very disappointed.. I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I was craving it so badly that I even used my coworkers Uber Eats app for delivery. I order a vanilla hulk with extra butter pecan ice cream and almond. The ice cream had frost bite. It did not taste creamy at all. The only reason why it tasted appealing was because it was melted but other than that… it was all frost. No extra almonds either…

I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK! The lady taking my order was very rude and when I pulled around continued to be rude and I asked her if she could be more polite and she said she could refuse service if I didn’t hurry up with my payment because there was a long line waiting for me. I was the ONLY ONE there! She then shut the window and she was laughing with another worker. Well who’s laughing now? They lost money because they don’t know how to provide appropriate customer service.

I’ve been to a few smoothie kings to try these bowls and how they are prepared. Now maybe I went to one on a day the person that makes them perfect wasn’t there but those who slack needs more practice or should take more pride in their work like this person who made my bowl at this smoothie king. Tried to place an order but intercom said cash only. I ask the prices for 2 smoothies to see if I had enough cash and they act like they can’t hear and then they just say they are not taking orders. They should just not have a cash only sign and make it say close. I had inconsistent service at this location but today has been the worst.
