I haven’t been here in a couple years but lemme just say it has definitely changed… and tbh I’m not 100% sure if I’m a fan… it’s giving more of a “restaurant “ vibe now than before when you’d order at the counter and sit down. Now they sit you and you get menus. Cool! When we ordered drinks, we were told they no longer offer fountain drinks….. excuse me, what? Ok that’s weird so my husband gets water and I get sweet tea, the sweet tea is Gold peak tea… come time to order we stick to our usual and then to be told they can’t make it how they use to when they would drizzle the buffalo sauce on top. So confused we put the sauce on the size. When the food comes out it looks COMPLETELY different from how it use to come. Chicken loaded on top tossed in buffalo, can hardly see the bread crumbs anymore, cheese is over flowing the sides of the cast iron pan. I mean the food is still good just not as good as I remember. To top it off they come to your table now like they are servers which threw me off a bit. It’s not giving chill spot vibes anymore but now giving wanna be romantic dinner with real candle light candles on the table and roses dipped in wax that smells like detergent. Other than that staff is great super friendly buttttt I don’t like the new changes.

We haven’t been here in YEARS!! We went with our 8 & 9 yo kids, so we love that’s its kid friendly right off the bat! We ordered a margarita and it was delicious, the rosemary was a bit extra lol! The fried pickles are good, we just prefer slices over wedges personally. My husband loved the lemon pepper & sweet & spicy wings, the cheese & Chong Mac was tasty and the chicken & waffle Mac was extra but our daughter loved it! And my son had the cheese burger & fries which he loved! We ended with the peach cobbler and it was yummy! We didn’t like that the ice cream was an upsell, just add it & increase the cost. No one eats cobbler without ice cream! Speaking of cost, they were very on point with their pricing! Not pretentious like most of the height. The only thing that threw our experience was the service. The bartender was great & friendly but our waitress was quiet & checked on us maybe once throughout the evening. We’ll be back but hope the service improves. Also, music would be a great addition! If you haven’t tried it in a while you’ve got to go!

The atmosphere is wonderful; very homey, with peaceful music.
The food was phenomenal. I ordered the chicken and waffles and Mac & cheese, and my partner ordered the Tikki Masala. The Mac and cheese is very creamy, and melts in your mouth. The chicken is crispy, with a soft inside. If you like spice, the Tikki Masala is definitely the best choice. The chicken was also crispy with a soft inside. We were also given a complimentary side salad with our Mac and Cheese. My partner was able to request Caesar dressing, and I was able to request ranch.
Would definitely recommend and come back to!

If you love mac and cheese then this is the place for you because these concoctions are CRAAAAZY. Absolutely massive portions and a lot of fun flavors.
We tried three different ones. First the ponchovilla which was kinda like a taco salad but with mac and cheese of course, and it was really good. Second was the Cheese and Chong which was chicken pesto vibes and I thought it was alright. But third was the Tikka which had chicken tikka masala on top and y’all know I love my Indian food so this was an absolute hit!

This was my first time at Jus Mac. I visited yesterday after a nature walk at a nearby park. There were seven of us, and we came just after lunchtime. We wanted to sit outside, but we were told by the lone waitress, who was taking all orders and serving, that it wasn’t possible. We understood and were accommodating.
She began taking our orders, and while we recognized she was overwhelmed, we felt her responses were short and curt. We were patient, but the tone didn’t quite fit a place where you’re hoping to enjoy time with friends.
As for the food, I ordered fried pickles, lemon pepper wings, and a crispy chicken salad. Visually, everything looked great, but the chicken on the salad was overcooked…almost like it had been reheated. The greens were fresh, but the chicken was a letdown. The fried pickles were wedges instead of slices the menu doesn’t make the distinction) and they were too thick for my liking. Overall, the food was average. I probably won’t return. If the service had been more pleasant, I’d feel differently. I’m torn between giving it 2 or 3 stars, so perhaps 2.5, if I could!

I love this place! 10/10. I have been twice and every time it’s a big hit! I enjoy the service. The server is amazing! She is very kind and makes sure we are taken care of! The food was amazing! Portion side is a good size! The wings are bomb! I personally love the sriracha chili! I’ve had the Mac and cheese balls. Fried pickles and everything is so yummy. I’ve had 4 different types of Mac and cheese and it’s a hit! I love this place!!!

i absolutely loved this place. the vibes were so relaxing and the service was amazing. frances helped us. she was so welcoming and helpful. the food was great i got the half baked and the half order filled me up sooo much so definitely getting your moneys worth here.
