The app rarely works at this location and getting a person to take an order at the counter is very difficult and can take 5-10 minutes just to order.
Update: The response from corporate was to remove and reinstall the app. Tried that (in front of a McD manager) before they suggested it; it didn’t help.
Update: 11/06 Reward Code would not scan or key in again. Maybe I’ll just update each time it doesn’t work.

Pretty much the worst Mcd’s in Rutherford county. Bland cold food. Good luck getting anyone to help you. Went for a drink refill and employees just stare at you like you have a hole in your head. Kiosk didn’t print receipt. Employees on break in the dining area listening to Spanish Tik Tok and YouTube videos on full blast. Generally an unpleasant experience.

You place your order on kiosk and no receipt and our order # pops up fast so you can miss it. Crew that called out order said nothing to us. Cokes was flat. And burger was cold. Fries you could tell grease was old.

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal, with mac sauce only. I burger came correct, the second had a sticker that said “only cheese” and they didn’t even put that on there.
My husband even said he had to repeat the order multiple times, because the chick at the window wasn’t even listening.
I think, from now on, I’ll just go to Smyrna for my food because this place ain’t it.

Ugh, I bought some chips and a Sprite, and the Sprite tasted like baby. The chips were ice cold and hard, like they were two days old. I didn’t eat any of it. I wasted my $18. Totally disgusting and this I went shopping at 3 in the afternoon look elsewhere 0/10

I got my food from McDonald’s today DoorDashed to me . ALL of my food was cold and spoiled. The food smelled very bad , fries were soggy and cold , cheese on the burger looked like it’s been sitting out . Food tasted really bad and had a little pungent smell to it . I called McDonald’s and told them how they brought My food to me and that if it was ok if they could refund my money but they were very rude and hung up in my face .

They’ve gotten my order wrong 3x. I order the same breakfast every time: #2 with grape jelly and sweet tea. This time they gave me a ham egg and cheese. When I told management I wanted my full meal replaced…she refused. I had to drive back up to McDonald’s during my work hours…and you cant replace the hash brown and drink!? Trash establishment. Never again.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Made order wrong twice at 1230 am on November 9th. Then asked for a refund and the workers were rude and acted like it was my fault I didn’t like ketchup on my burger. Do not eat here if you care about your time or food

Horribly slow, no idea why they only have 3 people working on a Saturday night. Took about 35 mins just to get two burgers and when we got them they hadn’t even added the things we asked and forgot cheese on two of the patties. Just wish management would stop dropping the ball on scheduling…. EDIT went back a few days later ordered a mc rib and this is what I see when I open the box….great job guys amazing work…
