So fun!! Our most recent visit to Jupiter’s at the Crossing was for our Granddaughters seventh birthday. The birthday girls mom’s got one of Jupiter’s party package that providered 30 minutes of free play for our granddaughter plus a card with 50 credits for each of the kids attending the party to play the games. The party package also provided a couple of pizzas, drinks, breads sticks and root beer floats. The kids had a blast and the parents were able to eat and visit during the party.
Jupiter’s at the Crossing is great for all types of events and over the years we have gone there for graduation, retirement, and birthday parties. Jupiter’s is a great place for a group or an intimate dinner for two. My husband and I like to stop in for pizza and a couple of drinks. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed.

A nice place to come and hang out with friends and family. They have a very large space. The decorations are nice. They also have plenty of selections for food and drinks. The staff here are very friendly. They also have a game room you can come and play with at a friendly price.

The hostess was very nice and got us seated alot faster than we were expecting. The food was good, not great. We ordered several appetizers to share and a small chicken fajita pizza. The appetizers were good but the pizza was horrible and I would not recommend the fajita pizza. There was no seasoning at all, no fajita flavor. Plain chunks of chicken breast that were so dry you could barely chew it. It’s basically plain chicken and some peppers thrown on top of some cheese and pizza crust. Fajita pizza sounded so good but they really missed the mark on that one. They did however take the pizza off our bill at the end. We never complain about food but this was not even edible. We were not happy with our server either. She was very short with us while we were trying to order and had a few questions. She basically took our order and disappeared. Never asked if everything was OK or if we needed anything. We had to flag down another waitress and wait for her to find her and then even longer for her to come to our table just to get the check so we could leave which was frustrating especially sense we were unhappy with one of our orders. Besides the pizza we ordered and our waitress, I was impressed with the rest of the staff, and the environment etc. I think we would give them another try in the future.

We did take out – 2 pizzas and a salad. The pizzas were good but I think Monical’s is better. Personal taste. They seem to have a good bar and lots of pool tables and outdoor seating.

Great time! Good place for adults and children. Having birthday parties here is easy & the price is very reasonable. Customer service is what I would expect from a restaurant, bar, & game centered place for family fun & I do give them 5-stars. Very attentive! Allergy options for the food. Games do work, & they have new ones. We had a good time! Highly recommend & we will return.

We went in with a party of 9, we did not have a reservation it was a Wednesday night so we didn’t think we would need one. The ladies inside were very rude, they brought us to a table and then made us get up from the table saying that table is reserved get up now! Then that table stayed empty the entire time. When we got the bill several tickets were wrong we had to talk to the manager and she argued with us. One in the party ordered a sweet tea, then they asked for a coke, because they didn’t like sweet teas the drinks where unlimited refills… so why did they charge $7 for one drink? We had to argue with the manager to get the $3.50 back! Ridiculous. Absolutely worst experience ever!

Jupiter’s is a nifty place to land at in savory if you are crossing through for a nice dinner, playing pool on occasion, or happen to through a birthday party for your friends or family. Food always comes great and on time! Staff is always attentive and welcoming.

I usually go to the downtown location but decided to give this location a try. There was a short wait to get a table, which I had no problem with. We got seated and ordered our food within 10 minutes of seating. My issue is that our server came to our table 1 time between the time we ordered and time we left (at least 20/25 minutes). A food runner brought us our pizza, which is fine, but they do not leave parmesan on the table so I had to eat my pizza without any because we weren’t able to find our server. The singular time she came up to our table she quickly asked if we wanted more alcohol. We said no and before I could ask for cheese she walked away. Once we finished, we sat for 5 minutes waiting for her to come around and give us a box and the bill, but she never came around. My partner went up to the bar to get some help and our server popped up behind him asking if he was ordering a drink. He said no and that we just needed to pay, so she quickly paid him out on the handheld device and she walked away quickly afterwards. We still needed a box but couldn’t find anyone to ask for one so I left half my pizza on the table. The table next to us was treated in a similar manner and had to ask other servers for the things they needed. This was a really disappointing experience.

Its a restaraunt/arcade focusing on pizza and a Dave and Busters prize arcade vibe. Their pizza is definitely a step above most pizza chain’s quality, and the arcade is much more expansive than I thought. I went with two other 20 something adults, and we all had an absolute blast. I could see and definitely recommend families with kids to check this place out as well. Fun for all ages!!

I personally didn’t go into the restaurant, but i did serve as a subject for testing on their Cheese Pizza. I can say for sure do not order their cheese pizza, it is equivalent ,might even be worse than a ritz cracker with pizza sauce. How possibly can u mess up a cheese pizza. Had my whole family in awe, and not the good kind ! It literally taste like cheese on thin crust. The sauce is no where to be seen. Crust almost to that point itself. Even with added peppers and parmesan -2/10
