McDonald’s was really disappointing. The food was cold and soggy, and my order was wrong when it arrived. The place was messy, with tables not cleaned and trash overflowing, which made the whole experience unpleasant.
The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, so getting help or fixing mistakes was slow and frustrating. For a fast-food restaurant, this level of service and cleanliness is really unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and definitely won’t be going back anytime soon.

I ordered a large fry and a double cheeseburger ketchup and onions only . Which only had ketchup This is my large fry and they were cold . I drove back around the drive through , spoke to the manager and he was rude just tried shoving another bag of fry’s at me ! I was upset I didn’t receive what I ordered! He called me rude . Which I wasn’t rude I was upset and him acting like it was okay to rip people off ! The yellow lines are a guide lines where the fry’s are supposed to end up for measurement . And he couldn’t even do that , what he is trained to do . In fact this isn’t the first time they can’t get an order right , but they aren’t normally nasty and rude to the customer like this guy in a gray shirt at the window! I’m done never again !

I went in late around 10 pm and ordered around 15 to 20 dollar and got a large fry including but I look at the Fry and it was barley to front side of t he carton i ask for a new one and the threw the one I had away and did the same thing and asked if I was happy and I said no and the guy said it was full . But I promise you it was not so I was ill not be coming back to this mc Donalds for a while

Understaffed front of house, irritable over stressed employees. Locations clean and the people are decent but they are clearly not staffing this location appropriately for the kind of traffic you see here. Expect a long wait. What’s with the guy who’s answer to everything is “we’re busy what do you expect”. I expect management to staff your location appropriately.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at this location today. From the moment we walked in, the manager and team greeted us with genuine smiles and hospitality. Our food was even brought to our table, making it feel more like a sit-down restaurant than fast food. On top of that, everything was fresh and delicious. Truly one of the best McDonald’s experiences we’ve ever had!
