Duck fried rice was AMAZING. I asked what did would you serve Anthony Bourdain if he walked in and this is what they served me and it was UNREAL. 3 preparations of duck. Blew my mind. Cocktails were on point. And last but not least, the staff was so kind and welcoming – a fantastic blend of service, food, and drink. This was our first time to town and we will surely be back. Thank you John and all!

The burger did not meet the hype. I’m not exactly sure the cuisine they are going for with Asian mix a long with American and Italian. They seem to be a bit confused and should really stick to one cuisine. Be advised serve is slow so allocate time.

Nice spot. Mostly go for Brunch on Sundays. I try to get there when they open at 10 to avoid the influx of families with kids. Kids are always well behaved just don’t like people staring at me while I eat which kids tend to do.

excellent fresh farm to table restaurant located in downtown hastings. menu is seasonal so changes often. i the veal shank is on it grab it and enjoy the meal as well as leftovers forge 1-2 days. desserts are not as strong as entrees and appetizers. tables are close so be prepared to particate in the next tables conversation

As of now, I feel that the food at Juniper has slipped over time since its original reopening in its current location. There have been many tweaks to the original concept, and unfortunately through each new iteration, I feel the cooking quality has been compromised.
