At Junction Tapas & Wine Bar, flavor is our love language.
We feature Spanish-inspired cooking rooted in craftsmanship—handmade empanadas and dipping sauces, tortilla espanola with farm fresh local eggs, and patatas bravas that taste like grandma’s house, made with crispy Yukon golds, smoky paprika, and saffron aioli.
Each dish is fresh, fire-kissed, and meant to share—from paellas and fideuàs made with house-simmered saffron broths, to grilled meats and bright seasonal plates. Our curated wine list is designed to be approachable yet bold, perfectly paired with every bite. Warm, festive, and distinctly Paso Robles—Junction is where the spirit of Spain meets Central Coast charm, and every meal feels like a celebration.

Junction Tapas & Wine Bar brought us right back to our time in Spain in 2025. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt authentically Spanish — warm, lively, and inviting.
The food was absolutely amazing, and the Spanish wine selection was perfectly paired with our meal. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, and both the food and service were impeccable from start to finish.
I can’t wait to come back with my wife and finally order the paella — it smelled incredible as it passed by our table. This place is a must-try!

Made a reservation here on the fly, and was not disappointed I did. We had the oysters ( yummy Point Reyes Miyagi ), and shared a few tapas. Brussel sprouts, stuffed piquillo peppers, the octopus and the mussels. Churros for dessert made it a perfect evening. Very friendly service, good atmosphere, and great food and wines. We will be back

Had a wonderful New Year’s Eve dinner here! The experience was top-notch from start to finish. The highlights were definitely the Wagyu steak and the paella—both were delicious. We opted for a red wine pairing that was absolutely superb and elevated the whole meal. Great vibes and excellent food. Highly recommend!

Wow! My son and I were on a trip to California and decided to go here for dinner on Sunday night. It turned out to be a fantastic choice! We shared Empanadas, Paella and a Parrillada plate. The empanadas were yummy, the grilled meats were all prepared perfectly and the paella was outstanding! The wine was excellent too. Great selection by the glass – I went with Spanish wine that our server recommended and it was very tasty. We will be back!

Holy crap we had a blast in here Luke was a great bartender host who had wonderful suggestions and the vintners that sat down next to us and shared their wine were off the hook what a wonderful experience. We go to a lot of restaurants and eat out more than we should but we enjoy the experience, the Junction is that experience we will be back

I didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away by how incredible the food was! We ordered the Junction Burger, Hungry Steak and Eggs, ground beef empanadas, regular fries, and sweet potato fries—all absolutely delicious. The food was a solid 10/10, and our server was so sweet and attentive. Definitely a hidden gem!

Exceeded expectations! This is a treasure find of a restaurant! Owner Ingrid welcomed our party of 12. We had 4 choices of the featured dinner of the evening. Shrimp cocktail w/ salad; grilled octopus on fresh salad, grilled sea bass w/ turmeric rice, and fall-of-the-bone grilled pork ribs w/ turmeric rice and black beans!
All the entrees were delicious! Ingrid recommend some local wines. Plantain dessert was a marvelous finish to our meals. I’ve already recommended Junction to 3 people on the way back to our hotel.

Junction Restaurant absolutely blew us away. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with a vibe that feels both refined and welcoming. The location is perfect (minutes form our hotel) and there is nothing else quite like this in Paso.
The food was super flavorful and the Paella is off the hook good. Excellent wine selection that was clearly curated by someone who knows what they are doing. The menu and presentation rival anything in a big city, but with a personal touch. Ingrid and Nick were attentive and genuinely friendly. Offered perfect wine pairings, and made us feel completely taken care of.
If you’re in Paso Robles, this place is a must.

Food was good but definitely not authentic Spanish food. Paella was okay (have had so much better elsewhere, even in other places that aren’t supposedly Spanish), wine was also okay and didn’t compliment the Spanish food that well. Service for outdoors was not the best, but understandable because most staff are inside. Nice place to chill in or out, and employees seemed friendly. However, in my opinion, not worth the price of >$100 per person.

On the evening of December 31, we were on our way back to LA from Lake Tahoe, and we stopped here to charge the car. We found this restaurant on the map and walked in. The restaurant was very busy. But the food here is very surprising, every dish is delicious, the paella and pasta are very good. Because of the rush, the dishes served behind did not take photos, these two are also recommended, the drink is not suitable for me, I thought it was mulled wine, but it is actually red wine + ice cubes and some other things.
