Social Profile:

Julien’s is located on a farm in Granby, CT. Everything is made from scratch on the premises by Julien and his team. A small-batch bakery and café offering handmade pastries, sandwiches, and seasonal fare — made fresh daily in a space that runs nearly 24 hours a day. We are open until 4 PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 2 PM on Sunday, but we often sell out of food much earlier, and sandwich service ends at 2 PM. Behind the scenes, our team works through the afternoon, evening, and overnight to prepare for the next day. We recommend coming early for the best selection!

Incredible. Delicious. Perfect. Visited Juliens on a cold winter day and though it was crowded the service was fast, friendly and courteous! We had such delicious treats as the bacon egg on a biscuit, lemon poppy seed, pain au chocolat and plain donut. Each treat was delicious – the donut light and airy, the pain au chocolat flaky and buttery, lemon poppyseed was flavorful and perfect in density and texture! Well worth the visit to this award winning farm bakery!

Great little hidden place. We went when it was biting cold and it was still hopping! Good selection. Good coffee. The best hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life! Staff were kind and helpful. Worth another visit. Looks like sitting outside in warmer months would be a charming way to pass the morning.

Nice little shop, pastries I found to be a little on the pricey side. More of a grab and go if you go during the colder months, majority of the seating is outdoor, they do have a small counter seating area inside that fits maybe 2/3 ppl. The grounds are very lovely. They did have an advertisement for horse back riding with very reasonable rates. Would be a nice place to take the kids horseback riding and stop in for a treat. I brought a strawberry matcha which was ok, I like my matcha on the sweeter side, I also had what I believe was one of their specials that day a brisket hash, was very tasty, only complaint was I found the portion to be a little on the small side

Best pastries in Connecticut, hands down. Everything I had was amazing! The lemon coconut donut and chocolate raspberry tart were out of this world! I also highly recommend the almond croissant and hot chocolate.

The cutest spot! Friendly staff, quick service & delicious food! This spot was an hour drive for me but totally worth it! Make sure you get there early. I highly recommend the brisket biscuit sandwich (only offered on Sundays). The hot chocolate is also some of the best I’ve had. Free parking on premises and credit cards are accepted. Enjoyed my meal outside by the fire pit. Most definitely will be back!

The yummiest, freshest, most decadent pastries you can stumble upon in CT! I found this place back in summer of 2024 and fell in love. I have only been a handful of times, but it is worth it every time. EVERYTHING is delicious, not just the pastries. Fresh breakfast sandwiches and yummy lattes too. This place is a one of a kind gem! Julien and his team deserve all of their success and accolades ❤️

Very cute location, there was ample parking and a cute farm view. Even horses! There was no line on a cold Sat morning @ 9:20am which I think was rare! Gluten free egg sandwich was typically crumbly but delicious. Many GF and Vegan pastries to pick from as well. The regular biscuit was good too. Coffee was good they had different flavor syrups to pick from.

This place was so cute! It’s been so hyped up online and after visiting I do see why. The food & coffee was delicious & the atmosphere is charming. Do plan to wait outside in line for 20 minutes to 1 hour – we waited 40 minutes to get inside on a Sunday morning but the wait wasn’t terrible being able to watch the horses and chat. There is no indoor seating but the outdoor seating is plentiful. The staff were super friendly & service is quick once you get inside. FYI there is a restroom available inside to use whether you’re waiting outside or already in the store. We went to see the horses after eating & it was a great start to our Sunday!

Outside seating is nice, and nearby horses are cool. Food is good but expensive. Cold brew coffee is ok. Cranberry chicken salad is great. Banana bread is generational and a must try. Ordering food is a bit of a process of waiting in line outside and then circling within the building. Plan on waiting 15 minutes, and expect to bump into people coming in/out of the building. No AMEX allowed, being another card/cash.

Went here with friends and it did not disappoint! What a wonderful find. Food was fantastic, service friendly and quick for the number of orders they were preparing. Be prepared for a line -but it’s worth the wait. Outside seating in a lovely garden. We will be back to try more delicious pastries!
