I actually Love this spot, I’ve been going for probably 15 years, but when you call in for pick up, that kid is a robot. If my bill is over $50 plus and I ask for an extra pico or hot sauce, they want an extra $2.50. It’s actually like 1 ounce and they are stacked up in the fridge. I am not looking for a handout but before the young robot worked there I never had this issue. This is still a great spot though, besides the robot who want to charge extra for anything.

Terrible service absolutely terrible the only good thing about this place is the nachos and the decor in the restaurant. do not come here unless you’re looking for a restaurant to spend 1+ hours at. 20 minutes for nachos to come out and another 40 minutes for our entrees to come out when other people who got sat after us got their food first. the food looks pretty but don’t expect good flavor sauces including salsa are watered down and chicken is over cooked and under seasoned which is odd for a Hispanic restaurant. Terrible experience Except for the nachos those are amazing.

I go to Juanito’s monthly and they have unbelievably delicious food. I often get the Burrito Loco, which is huge, flavorful, and packed with perfectly seasoned ingredients everything from the juicy meat to the sauce and melty cheese was spot on.

This was an EXCELLENT dining experience for me and my family. The food was outstanding, the service was great, the facility was clean. Great hospitality and good use of PPE and sanitation practices. They environment was clean and well set up. The only thing they needed to do was fix the front door. I vacation in the area and this is now one of my favorite places to dine.

When we walked in, there was no waiter up front for a few minutes to seat us. It was a Saturday night. There had to have been two people working, and i can be pretty sure it appeared that the waiter was also the chef. People had already been there a while before we came inside, and it took over an hour for even their food to arrive. It took 30 minutes for the waiter to take our order. After an hour, the food arrived. They gave us the wrong food on top of that. Not sure what was going on, but for a Saturday night they have to step up their game. Previously I had been here for lunch, and they were very fast.
