I was so excited to see this place open up on 41st since I don’t make it downtown that often but I love their breakfast burritos and sandwiches. I was even more excited when I got my order and found that the service and quality have continued in this new space. The burrito was well sized with good, smokey red salsa. The potatoes were perfectly crispy with well cooked bacon for so much crunch. The food was quick and service was friendly. What more could you ask for?

Food was so good and full of flavor. Especially if you like eggs. The dirty tots where exquisite with egg & curry. Atmosphere inside and outside was totally chill. Burger was a 7, Chicken sandwhich was a 9/10 and the Dirty Tots were an 11/10. In my humble opinon.

Nothing particularly special about the food although it was tasty enough. I had the Japanese curry on rice with an egg.
Husband had chicken sandwich. Both were average to maybe above average but nothing to rave about.

This place rocks. The Japanese curry is incredible. I highly recommend. The sandwich has fantastic flavors – but if I had a suggestion for the team: thicker bacon and most importantly, the soft scramble needs to set for a second before putting it on a sando. It all fell out when I picked it up. Regardless, ingredients were great. Lastly, atmosphere is new age without feeling like the character is lost. They played really chill music as well. Big fan and hope they go far!

Came with a group and ordered a bunch of stuff, and the food came out fast with barely any wait. Plenty of comfortable seating too. Everyone in my group (we’re all foodies) loved it and agreed the food was super fresh and the ingredients were top quality. The drinks are modern and really refreshing, and the coffee’s great. It’s a chill spot to hang out or get some work done, plus they’ve got free wifi. I’m into food photography, and honestly, their food looks so good it was super easy to take some great shots!

I had high hopes for this place, it came highly recommended however the chicken sandwich was just okay. It was dry and only had a quarter sized amount of coleslaw and aioli, egg yolk not really runny, but the chicken was plentiful. The staff was great, friendly and fast service. The vibe was cute and aesthetic was great.

Very, very good!! I’m so thankful they put one on this side of town. Excellent service, clean restaurant, and quality food. The flavors are well balanced and fresh, and the drinks are perfectly made. You really can’t go wrong here. There is a small menu, but it’s very delicious. Definitely recommend the Mad Chick and BAE sandwiches, matcha lemonade, and Alex’s coffee. Some parking in back.

We came at the right time, before the rush. It was eat-nothing-else-all-day-afterwards DELICIOUS. Nothing could match it. Even the tater tots were differently scrumptious.

Oh, the shop was all cute, with its branding just right,
On a sunny street corner, all cheerful and bright.
The staff? Super friendly. The floors? Really clean.
It all looked so perfect… almost too serene.

I walked in with hope and my wallet in hand,
Ready for breakfast — something bold, something grand.
I got a spam sandwich, a breakfast burger too,
And a strawberry matcha, that lovely pink hue.

The drink was delicious, refreshing and sweet —
The kind of small joy that can’t be beat.
But the food? Oh dear. It just made me pause.
Because for a place called Mad Yolks… well, there’s a flaw.

The eggs came out dry, not a yolk in sight,
No golden goo center, no runny delight.
The sandwiches crumbled, each bite a bit sad,
Like brunch with no joy, just mildly bad.

And the price? Thirty-five. Yes, dollars, not cents.
For two dry sandwiches and one good beverage expense.

The vibe was on point, the service was kind,
But a dry over-easy egg should honestly be a crime.
I came in with hope, left with regret,
And a breakfast experience I’m trying to forget.

So visit if you must, give that matcha a spin,
But don’t count on the food to deliver a win.
Because when yolks don’t run, and prices do soar,
You leave wondering what exactly you paid for.
