There’s no public restroom. The egg rolls dripped with grease. I had to request to use the restroom, anyway to wash my hands. They offered no napkins. There were no paper towels in the restroom, and it was filthy. The tables were all dirty. A young teen wiped our table off and said they only wipe them at the end of the day. She didn’t bother to clean the other dirty tables. It was 100% disgusting!

Ordered pork dumplings, plain lo mein, and crab Rangoon. First time eating here. Developed the worst food poisoning of my life and felt like I was physically dying. Ended in an emergency room visit.

Friendly, very polite to customers. Great at appeasing customers with food allergies. Employees are from all walks of life. (Not just of Asian decent) Food is ALWAYS HOT GOOD AND FAIRLY PRICED!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. The delivery is bad, the driver refused to deliver my food after making me wait hours and lied saying he was waiting for a long time when I was downstairs waiting on him to show up during the time “he waited” on top of that I kept getting the run around with the worker on the phone. Overall the service is terrible and I don’t recommend it or ordering from here.

We’ve ordered from here twice for lunch, while at work. Both times it took over an hour to get it, this time it was at least 80 mins. Got the food, there were pancakes missing, which was supposed to come with the moo shu chicken. When we called about it, they said they were out of pancakes, so they replaced it with another white rice. You would think they would call to let you know they were out of something that you ordered, otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered it. They offered a store credit but we didn’t want that since we don’t plan on ordering from there again. We asked for a refund instead which they would not do. A bit later they called back and said the delivery guy was bringing back $10 for us and asked if we would order from them again. It’s unfortunate, because their food is pretty good, but even with ordering earlier, by the time it gets here, our lunch break is almost over and has items missing.
