I like Taco Bell for the many vegetarian options. Unfortunately, my orders here are often incorrect. I often get chicken or beef in my bean burritos/tacos. The worst thing about this location is the speed of service! I spent 40 minutes waiting for a simple order last night, and my burrito was missing my favorite ingredient. I did not notice right away and did not want to deal with the hassle of getting a new one. The drive thru is just as slow as inside the restaurant. I think the longest I have ever waited was close to an hour and half! I get in and out of a sit-down restaurant quicker than that.

The double down finally came back out on march 6th, yup i got one delicous, a little pricey though. Cheese could of been melted first, but it did start to melt cause chicken was still hot.

By far, this place is THE ABSOLUTE WORST fast food place in this town! I honestly don’t have any idea how this place stays open?! Never once have I ordered from here & nnù order was correct. Seriously, NOT EVEN ONCE! They are continuously out of items, which a lot of times, they don’t tell you, until you come back with something due to it missing something & then you’ll be very rudely told that they are out of said product as if it’s your own fault, because the employees are truly THE WORST & always act as if it’s an inconvenience to them, merely just taking your order. I’ve giving this place plenty of times (wayyy too, in fact!) to redeem themselves, but tonight was it! I WILL NEVER be back! & will be advising my friends & family to steer clear, as well! (Hopefully, before long, they will look just like their neighbor, Burger King!),

This KFC is quite possibly the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. They lock the doors to the store and won’t let you in if you need to speak to a manager. They completely stole my money today. I ordered a family meal with nuggets and they gave me an 8 piece meal with 7 pieces of chicken…a SINGLE serving of cole slaw and a SINGLE serving of mashed potatoes. Paid $28 dollars for a bucket of but-crack that gave me diarrhea all night. Thanks KFC. For absolutely sucking at everything you serve. I appreciate being ripped off. Was 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday 4-26.

i love a good taco bell KFC. but i do prefer the somersworth one. the workers here used to be so rude, one of the workers, i did used to work with briefly, yet when she worked at KFC she had the WORST attitude. However. omg. this place is slowly getting better. I love me a good 2$ chicken chipotle wrap here. i prefer it in somersworth but when I doordash KFC here i’m NOT DISSATISFIED. Idk why but doordash is better than actual. i think it’s because the service isn’t really good. But i will say! food is still great.

The wait times are insane especially since your buisness is nearly always drive thru only with a line blocking the main street. I don’t blame the employees I blame the employer. Offer better pay or plan on shutting down because serving not even a quarter of your pre pandemic numbers won’t sustain.

I was going to eat in but they didn’t have salt or a couple dipping sauces I like so I just had them bag it up to take home…. something about mashed potatoes with out salt just wasn’t appealing whatsoever…. nit exactly the cleanest restaurant either….

Dude they never have Baja Blast here, it’s worse than McDonald’s shake machine. They don’t have anything here! How do they not have French fries? The service is so slow!! They don’t even bother telling us why they’re out of the million different things they’re out of. Been in line for 15 minutes, the car in front of us literally left so loudly because they paid and were sitting at the window for at least 6 minutes and meanwhile while they waited for their food at the window I’m sure the reason why my foods so cold is because it was sitting there waiting as well. Seriously hate this place because every time I go the same lady is always so impolite and they’re always out of something. Went last week with my dad and they turned the menu light off as we were sitting in line waiting and it was only 30 minutes before they were closed, but that was still very awful.
