My go to is the Hong Kong pan fried noodles with seafood and the salted egg pork chop. Big portions. Owners are lovely. Also weird that Google Maps deleted their old business and reviews. Been going here for years!

Good portions, consistently good quality, and casual atmosphere! I don’t know why all the reviews disappeared because I’ve been coming here for years and nothing’s changed…(Google??) Love a good family-owned restaurant with solid comfort food – I also like that even if they have an extensive menu of Chinese-American classics, they also have some more hard-to-find dishes with seafood and clay pots. Bonus: lunch specials!

Looks like google maps randomly deleted the old listing? I checked and it’s the same Joyful House with the same owners as it’s been for the past 10 years. Can’t imagine getting takeout anywhere else in CV 🙂
