So nice and good! The especial burrito has all the fixins! Love that it’s toasted and comes with a side of green chili! I got the Carne Asada with Pastor! Super good and fantastic service! Thanks guys. See you next time.

Hope this place sticks around, the smells are amazing and the flavor is matching the smells. The burritos and tacos are worth it. My kids loved the quesadillas as well, and they are some little things either. Jose and his daughter know how to keep ya coming back, with their excellence in hospitality.

Back again and still amazes me!!! 9/20/25

I’ve had the tacos here several times and they are always soooo good. Spot on! Delicious! The prices are fair and the people who work the truck are always really nice.

The torta and burrito are also top tier.

Better tacos than any sit down restaurant & some of the best we’ve had in Denver. Under $18 for 3 tacos and a huge burrito (comes with rice, they don’t charge you extra!) Hardly a wait and all of our food was delicious, flavorful and fresh.

This place is worth hyping up!

Edit: we finished our meals and had to make room for the flan. 10/10. And they were SO kind ♥️

Jose’s Street Tacos is an absolute hidden gem! By far the best tacos I’ve had in Colorado! Would highly recommend the Al Pastor, Chorizo and Barbacoa… it was all insanely delicious (and smells just as amazing as it tastes). I can’t wait to go back and try more items on their menu!

FINALLY stopped by this spot, about 30-40 minutes ago. I regret waiting so long!!!

First of all, Jose is hilarious! His customer service is top notch!

Secondly, he curates the best mouthwatering street tacos I’ve had! The flan was delicious, as well!

I HIGHLY recommend this spot!! It’s definitely our new go to place for street tacos and a quesadilla!

PS- His pork chili and salsa’s are also shining stars!!! Incredible flavor!!!

Tacos were good, condiments were TASTY, they made a smaller sized burrito plate for both my kiddos which was a PLUS. Their flan is AMAZING and I’ll remember forever lol will be back !

Seriously the best tacos and burritos anywhere nearby. You really can’t go wrong, but the especial burrito has home made jalapeño tortillas that are fantastic. Very friendly owner too, who clearly takes great pride in a menu where every item is just as good. It’s an unassuming food truck at a gas station, but it might as well get a Michelin star with its Michelin tires.

Jose’s often puts other taco trucks and even sit down restaurants to shame!

I very much appreciate Jose and the ladies working theres friendliness and warm feeling they give to all customers. They make you feel like you matter as a customer which cant be said about many others places. Communication is easy, they very kind to my dog, and then theres the food which is done with care, quality, unique flavors, good size proportions and fair value.

In fact the food has been outstanding every time I’ve gone.
I typically shy away from recommending places to eat to others but I dont regret recommending Jose’s. When my father came with he left wondering “why Id ever eat at Chipotle ever again.” (Chipotle is notably different and hard to compare in my opinion) but You will like this place I am sure.

If not already, I hope that he finds the financial prosperity that his quality and service is deserving of. While I note I may be making assumptions, I like to believe Joses is an American success story.

And this customer acknowledges it is easier said than done, and perhaps the current location is ideal to attract customers, but:

A quieter lot maybe an older property with a couple big trees, on or off a busy road, where you can turn left or right to enter with some shade and natural greens and that hole in the wall feeling with the truck tucked in the back, perhaps a propane fire pit and nice seating would further elevate Joses to legendary.

A very convenient location off to the side of the freeway with its own dedicated parking. With two clean tables out front its easy to eat in your vehicle or the provided tables. As a Houston native, I enjoy trying out the Spanish food of other cities. The service was very nice and the food came out quick. I tried out the quesadilla regular asked for salsa roja and decided to eat in my car since I am still not used to the Colorado cold. My first bites unfortunately arose my skepticism, the salsa was not spicy and I couldn’t detect the carne asada other than its chewy texture. I was further disappointed when my bites uncovered the original sin of authentic mexican food, cheddar cheese. The flour tortillas perfect crispness somewhat saved my experience. I am looking forward to trying out a different item from the menu when I do return but for now my search for authentic style continues.
