Just had the most magical dinner. We sat on the patio – had incredible cavatelli and broccoli, eggplant and baked penne. Iced cold dogfish beer. Chocolate cake to bring home. The owner is so sweet, always brings a fun energy to the evening. (We had a great convo about the nuance and patience involved in making carbonara properly.) I just ordered Eggplant Parmigiano. For 16.95$ I got a small salad, a bread bun, eggplant parmigiano and pasta. The main entree was outstanding – right amount of cheese, beautifully done eggplant and amazing tomato sauce/ base.
