Love this place! Food tastes amazing! You wouldn’t think barbecue would taste so good! The speedy service in a lunch crunch is great even when they are busy which is daily. The atmosphere and customer service is top notch! I highly recommend them! Pictured is my favorite chili and slaw dog and those yummy tator tots!

So this barbecue place was interesting to me. As soon as I opened up the box, you just got hit with the smack of smoke flavor more than any of the other ones. The ribs were different than the other ribs I had at the other places as well the smoke flavor hit you from the first bite, which was great. So I think these are my favorite ribs. I eat this week as far as the sides go. The baked beans reminded me of the baked beans I had as a child, the better, so I love the flavor of them if you don’t know, but they were my favorite from the other places I went to. The coleslaw, the the regular one was the best law I had in town. The hot coleslaw which I’ve never had before and never seen was hands-down, my favorite I have never had a coleslaw like that in my life. I loved it and I love the heat. This is also my second time having Brunswick stew it was different than the first Brunswick stew I had were this was more of a stew. The other one was a little bit more of a soup. This one was awesome though I liked it. The only thing I didn’t like was the pulled pork for two reasons. One it was already sauced I’m more of a dry pulled pork, 2. I like when you get the pieces of pulled pork that have the rub on it like bark I couldn’t taste any of the rub, but it was still solid pulled pork just not my favorite the staff here was amazing though they hooked me up and I will be back next time. I’m in Dalton.

I’m going to leave this with the best of intentions, so take it and become better, not bitter.

I had heard about this place from several locals. Supposedly the best in town. Yikes. I had high hopes.
This was probably the worst BBQ I’ve ever had in traveling all over the south. Overcooked. Oven cooked? Boiled? Not smoked? No BBQ pit to speak of? I dont know. But it was bland. Rubbery. Chopped to BITS to disguise the lack of technique or skill. Or effort for that matter. I THINK I was served “brisket” and “chicken”.
I’ve had better “BBQ” in an MRE.
The beans tasted like they were STRAIGHT from a low budget can, no tweaks even. Took two bites and gave up. Same with cole slaw.
Employees were SUPER nice. Cant say that enough. But the “BBQ” literally didnt qualify as BBQ to me. Here’s pics of the styrofoam dry chop I was served, and to compare, BBQ from a total beginner new place in TX.
If you have a smoker, USE it. If you have a pit, FIRE it up. Low & slow. Give it love. Hope this helps.

The barbecue can’t be beat and the portion is large enough for 2 are 1 of me. That’s how amazing their plates are. The service is awesome and the people are kind. I recommend this restaurant. I never do that…

I remember eating here when hamburgers were $1.25 lol watching the family and restaurant do good things as it should. Food and atmosphere is always great! To the young lady working the counter who purchased my drink while I was on my walk this morning! Thank you,

Tastes like canned beans no extra seasonings warm at best not hot.
Mac and cheese bland but edible.
I had the beef bbq I don’t want to be mean but I have had better bbq from a school cafeteria.
Sauce is like watered down ketchup with extra vinegar.
With the rating on Google I would expect more.
Not coming back.

I’m a huge fan of the corn nuggets, Brunswick stew, and hamburger steak. I’ve never been disappointed in the food until recently. Last time I visited, I was disappointed in my meat (chopped, not shredded, and not very tasty) and the pie was off. The flavor of the food is really good, so the food would’ve gotten a better score if it wasn’t for the embarrassing cheeseburgers that they sent home with me tonight. $48 worth of food. 2 cheeseburgers: thin and not even covering the bun, fries, corn nuggets, Brunswick stew, and 1 sweet tea, so $24 a person to have a cheeseburger with a side and split a Brunswick stew. When did the prices become that high? The corn nuggets were on point as always. The food was hot, but what a slap in the face to pay those prices and get a child size hamburger patty on a full sized bun.
