names… So I will just say that the “individual” working at the drive-through, with the crazy tattoo-sleeves up his arms and piercings all over is a very poor employee! Instead of trying to help customers get through their orders and figure out their food, he prefers to be snarky and difficult. I know that BK does not pay them very well, but this guy needs to go! Many people complain about AI… But I cannot wait for the day when the new BK AI order system takes over his job.The AI drive-through assistant is ALWAYS polite, respectful, gets my order right and has no attitude! Please, please, Burger King replace these BAD employees, they are not helping anything or anyone!

Stores nasty, bad service, cooks are dirty, store stink and they are always slow. This place needs new management asap. I suggest complaining on the corporate website. I was told to walk through the drive through which is something i know is forbidden and discussed in training

It seems that you don’t make what used to be the #2 double whopper anymore. Now its called the Texas double with jalapenos. I don’t like spicy, but thanks to the young lady last night she made me 2 and 1 with no onions too and they got it right. Could have had a little more lettuce, but it was the best.

Worst BK I’ve ever visited. No ice and no apology. They scrimp on the napkins they give to you, and there are none available on the counter. They didn’t have enough dollar bills to give me change so they dropped a bunch of quarters on me. The quality of the burgers and fries was pretty mediocre too. If this were the only BK I had ever visited, I would never return for their food again.

I’ve been eating at Burger King since I was about 5 years old, which makes it about 45 years I’ve been eating at Burger King. This location on Centinela and La Tijera is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I have been here about five times to this location and each time their service gets worse and more disrespectful. I stopped by on October 5th 2024 at approximately 2:30 p.m. there is a young, muscular young man approximately 25 years old who I believe to be a Salvadorian gentleman working the register. Even though he has seen me in the past I said can you please buzz me in the restroom, I need to use the restroom and he said what are you going to order as I was about to urinate in my pants, which I thought was completely unnecessary and racist on his part considering I am a white man. I speak 100% Spanish and I hear them saying certain things about me because they think I do not understand their language. So I made all of them turn white as a ghost when I said to him in Spanish, everyone working here is Salvadorian right? he nodded his head gesturing yes. It is so weird when people discover you speak their language they change their tone, they did a complete 180 on their service and their respect for me and I think they should be careful on how they treat people because there is a lot of people, who they don’t expect to speak or understand Spanish such as myself. I am not looking for any special compensation or free food or anything like that, but can assure them and everyone else who reads this review, I will never return to this Burger King because of their racist Behavior toward me. If I had a shirt that said El Salvador on it, they would have let me in the bathroom right away without asking me to place my order first.

First there and it feels like my first time making orders at a burger king? friendly service he even recommended downloading their apps for future savings? Now am impressed❤☺. Oh and burgers was huge and heavy too . Yup definitely stopping by there again when I go to Beverly Hills area again .
