We tried this place on Valentine’s Day. Bryan was a waiter and recommended us different things that we tried. We had a Cesar salad, Focaccia bread, crudo, wagyu meatball, Branzino, Steak, Cauliflower, Oyster, Caccio e Pepe. Even the drinks were great I had the pear martini. Everything was phenomenal. What a gem! My compliments to the chef. We will absolutely come back and recommend this place. The place Was packed we got our food pretty fast. Service was excellent. It was a perfect evening.

This was our first time here and we had dinner with some friends. The atmosphere was amazing we loved what they did with the space and the live band was so fun! James L was our server and he took great care of us and was so knowledgeable of the menu! He even searched for the last two pieces of the key lime desert for us! We loved the food. The crab cake and the meatball are a must get. The pasta was spicy but delicious! We will definitely be back.

One of our favorite new restaurants and easily among the best in Coral Springs—on par with top spots in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton. The menu is outstanding, the food is consistently exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Brian has been our server several times and always goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. From appetizers to entrées, sides, and cocktails, everything is fantastic and of the highest quality.

We enjoyed the restaurant and the quality of the food, but we felt rushed when we were brought the check before asking if we were finished. Other than that, everything was great. The service was quick, and the food was warm and fresh.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Eddy & Vinny’s and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt thoughtfully made. From appetizers to entrées, everything was delicious and served at the perfect pace. The highlight of the night was definitely their espresso martini. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. On top of the great food and drinks, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure our group felt taken care of the entire time. Overall, Eddy & Vinny’s delivered a memorable dining experience with amazing food, the best espresso martini, and top-notch service. Highly recommend for both special occasions and casual nights out.

If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines exceptional food, a warm atmosphere, and top-notch service, Eddie and Vinny’s is the place to be. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. The décor is beautifully done, with a cozy yet sophisticated vibe that immediately set the tone for a memorable meal.

The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. We tried the Blue Crab Bruschetta, Warm Goat Cheese Fritters, The Wagyu Meatball, Branzino Alla Griglia, Roasted Cauliflower, and Fresh Baked Gooey Butter Cake.

The chef came out, which was a nice personal touch that truly showcased his passion for the food. We were lucky enough to chat with him and offer our compliments.

A special shout-out to the maître d, Tommy, who made the evening even more special. He was incredibly personable and took the time to give us a tour of the restaurant, sharing its future plans. We used to frequent the restaurant that was there before Eddie and Vinny’s, so it was nice to see how they’ve transformed the space while maintaining its charm.

Overall, Eddie and Vinny’s has quickly become one of our new favorite spots. The combination of delicious food, fantastic service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back!

CarterWhitajov was our server. She was spectacular. My wife and I were celebrating our 65th wedding anniversary and she made it special in so many ways.
She recommended many dishes but I had my heart set on the Lobster Fra Diavolo and it didn’t disappoint. Margaret had the Lasagna and she loved it as well. We started by sharing the Burrata and tomato salad with a Tito’s on the rocks for me and a Tito’s Martini for my wife (it was Ladies Thursday Night). So good.

To top off the night, the two couples at the adjacent table to ours paid for our entire dinner. WOW just WOW! With all that’s going on in this world of ours today, that went a long way in restoring our faith in our fellow citizens. We bought them a round of drinks on our way out, wish we could have done more.

Thanks to Eddie and Vinny’s for a great anniversary dinner, thanks to our server Carter for the careful attention she paid to us and a very special thanks to our fellow diners for being so gracious to complete strangers. ❤️❤️

From the moment I arrived, this experience exceeded all my expectations. I’ll admit, at first I thought it would be a boring atmosphere, but as soon as I walked in, I was delighted. The valet service was flawless, and the hostess was simply excellent.

While I waited a few minutes at the bar, I could appreciate how beautifully decorated the place is. The atmosphere is sophisticated, vibrant, and with a nightlife touch that Coral Springs was missing. I loved seeing all the guests so well dressed, which made the ambiance feel festive and stylish. Even the table next to mine, where some older ladies were dancing and celebrating a birthday, added a unique charm to the evening.

The live music was outstanding: the female singer was spectacular, with a voice that transported me to an intimate, elegant setting, almost like being in an exclusive jazz club.

Our waiter’s service was impeccable, making sure every detail of our anniversary dinner was perfect. The food was simply delicious: from the carpaccio, pasta, and steak, to the warm bread that came with it. Every dish was a delight. My espresso martini was so amazing I had to order two, and my husband’s cocktails were also excellent.

To close the night, Julio, a Puerto Rican waiter, treated us with such warmth that it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening.

As for the prices, I was pleasantly surprised: for the quality, atmosphere, and level of service, it didn’t feel expensive at all. Every detail is designed for you to truly enjoy.

I will definitely be coming back many more times, because this restaurant has already become one of my favorites. I highly recommend it, especially on Fridays or Saturdays, when the ambiance is simply spectacular.

A jewel in in Coral Springs!

The second you walk into this wonderful restaurant, a very friendly hostess greets you and quickly whisks you to your table…. no wait!

Michael was attentive, courteous, informative, and professional.

Despite the restaurant being full on a Friday evening, the General Manager made the rounds and spent significant time with us to ensure that we were having a pleasant evening.

The place does not “feel” Italian, but the food definitely is! Starting with the little plate of bread and olives, moving on the most fabulous mussels and tasty beef carpaccio, and continuing on to perfectly al dente orecchiette pasta and delicious wahoo, all freshly prepared….. We ended with a fantastic butter cake!

Good Italian bread is very difficult to find in South Florida…. I could not resist asking Michael for more and more, and he picked up not only empty plates, but almost clean plates as I used all the bread he gave me to make sure none of the sauces were wasted!

On a separate note, the restaurant has two sides. We were lucky to be seated on the “dining room” side which, even though full and somewhat loud, did allow us to have an intimate conversation. (The other side was extremely loud, especially due to the wonderful live music!)

Do not pass this jewel up, if you wish to dine Italian!

Grazie mille Edoardo e Vincenzo!

Came here for dinner on a Friday night with my wife to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. I read good reviews about this place and it did not disappoint. You have the option for valet or to self park in the narrow 1 way parking lot. We had an 8:45pm reservation and we arrived on time but they weren’t quite ready for us so we sat at the bar and ordered some drinks. The bar was a fairly spacious area with comfortable stools and a view of the live music performers on stage. The venue was pretty full but we appreciated that the bar, although 95% occupied, was not overly crowded and perfectly suited to those who prefer to eat at the bar. The hostesses a mixed bag. The one who greated us was friendly, but the one who seated us was a bit cold. Our waiter was Mike and he was terrific. Mike was attentive, not intrusive, polite and opinionated when asked. Service was well timed (both drink and food orders). Drinks were a little pricey at $17 a piece but they were tasty. For food we started out with the complimentary parmesan crusted bread crackers which came with a spread and assorted marinated olives. We shared the giant meatball for appetizer which was served on polenta and smothered in their marinara sauce. This may have been our favorite food item of the night, but everything was absolutely delicious so it was hard to judge. For the main courses, my wife had the short rib barbadelli and I had the lasagna. We also shared a lobster, mac and cheese. Everything we ate was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. For dessert, we had their famous ooey gooey butter cake and let me tell you it was mind-blowing!!! Their prices seem a little on the high side at first but what made things better is that their serving sizes were generous so we had plenty to take home and enjoy again the next day. Eddie and Vinny’s is definitely a must return spot and high on my recommendations list. From the live music to the good service and the fantastic food, it’s a definite hotspot for good dining in Coral springs.
