The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. We tried the Blue Crab Bruschetta, Warm Goat Cheese Fritters, The Wagyu Meatball, Branzino Alla Griglia, Roasted Cauliflower, and Fresh Baked Gooey Butter Cake.
The chef came out, which was a nice personal touch that truly showcased his passion for the food. We were lucky enough to chat with him and offer our compliments.
A special shout-out to the maître d, Tommy, who made the evening even more special. He was incredibly personable and took the time to give us a tour of the restaurant, sharing its future plans. We used to frequent the restaurant that was there before Eddie and Vinny’s, so it was nice to see how they’ve transformed the space while maintaining its charm.
Overall, Eddie and Vinny’s has quickly become one of our new favorite spots. The combination of delicious food, fantastic service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back!
She recommended many dishes but I had my heart set on the Lobster Fra Diavolo and it didn’t disappoint. Margaret had the Lasagna and she loved it as well. We started by sharing the Burrata and tomato salad with a Tito’s on the rocks for me and a Tito’s Martini for my wife (it was Ladies Thursday Night). So good.
To top off the night, the two couples at the adjacent table to ours paid for our entire dinner. WOW just WOW! With all that’s going on in this world of ours today, that went a long way in restoring our faith in our fellow citizens. We bought them a round of drinks on our way out, wish we could have done more.
Thanks to Eddie and Vinny’s for a great anniversary dinner, thanks to our server Carter for the careful attention she paid to us and a very special thanks to our fellow diners for being so gracious to complete strangers. ❤️❤️
While I waited a few minutes at the bar, I could appreciate how beautifully decorated the place is. The atmosphere is sophisticated, vibrant, and with a nightlife touch that Coral Springs was missing. I loved seeing all the guests so well dressed, which made the ambiance feel festive and stylish. Even the table next to mine, where some older ladies were dancing and celebrating a birthday, added a unique charm to the evening.
The live music was outstanding: the female singer was spectacular, with a voice that transported me to an intimate, elegant setting, almost like being in an exclusive jazz club.
Our waiter’s service was impeccable, making sure every detail of our anniversary dinner was perfect. The food was simply delicious: from the carpaccio, pasta, and steak, to the warm bread that came with it. Every dish was a delight. My espresso martini was so amazing I had to order two, and my husband’s cocktails were also excellent.
To close the night, Julio, a Puerto Rican waiter, treated us with such warmth that it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening.
As for the prices, I was pleasantly surprised: for the quality, atmosphere, and level of service, it didn’t feel expensive at all. Every detail is designed for you to truly enjoy.
I will definitely be coming back many more times, because this restaurant has already become one of my favorites. I highly recommend it, especially on Fridays or Saturdays, when the ambiance is simply spectacular.
The second you walk into this wonderful restaurant, a very friendly hostess greets you and quickly whisks you to your table…. no wait!
Michael was attentive, courteous, informative, and professional.
Despite the restaurant being full on a Friday evening, the General Manager made the rounds and spent significant time with us to ensure that we were having a pleasant evening.
The place does not “feel” Italian, but the food definitely is! Starting with the little plate of bread and olives, moving on the most fabulous mussels and tasty beef carpaccio, and continuing on to perfectly al dente orecchiette pasta and delicious wahoo, all freshly prepared….. We ended with a fantastic butter cake!
Good Italian bread is very difficult to find in South Florida…. I could not resist asking Michael for more and more, and he picked up not only empty plates, but almost clean plates as I used all the bread he gave me to make sure none of the sauces were wasted!
On a separate note, the restaurant has two sides. We were lucky to be seated on the “dining room” side which, even though full and somewhat loud, did allow us to have an intimate conversation. (The other side was extremely loud, especially due to the wonderful live music!)
Do not pass this jewel up, if you wish to dine Italian!
Grazie mille Edoardo e Vincenzo!
