I agree with the other reviews — the price is very fair for the quality of pizza you get here. These guys are exactly what you’d expect from a real New York pizza joint. True New York accents, football on the TV while they’re tossing dough, and that authentic, no-frills atmosphere that just feels right.
The walls tell their story too — old Goodfellas posters, University of Miami pictures — it’s personal, it’s theirs, and it gives the place real character. They’ve made it feel like home for themselves, and when you walk in, you feel like a guest in their home enjoying their family recipe.
I’m so glad I decided to give them a shot — this is the kind of local spot that deserves every bit of support it gets.

This pizza it’s so good you have no idea. Every time we pick up a pizza we’re always happy because even the crust it’s delicious. If you’re looking for a good-quality pizza, this is the place to go. And the service is excellent.

Called ahead but still had to wait an additional half hour so not ideal for a quick lunch hour. The Buffalo chicken pizza was flavorful bur depending on the slice you might not have much chicken. The antipasto salad was fresh and the house dressing was good.

I cant remember the last time I took the time to type out a bad review because i typically just move on.. but this pizza made me feel worse than my dad going out for milk and not returning home! I won’t be ordering here anymore, in the past I’ve ordered from here and it was decent, considering finding good pizza in Ocala is a challenge, but the last two times I’ve ordered from here this is what I’ve been greeted with when I open the box. AVOID THE BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA AND THE CHICKEN PARM PIZZA! In fact unless you’re just ordering a straight cheese pizza id avoid this place entirely, their pizza is so wet no amount of time in the oven could save it! Also the pizza guy didn’t let me see the pizza before tipping. Waste of 27 dollars not including the 5 dollar tip bringing it to 32 dollars! At least my dogs liked the wet dough.

Terrible consistency, one day the food is amazing the next it is just okay. But for the fifth or sixth time in the last month they couldn’t deliver! Stick to consistency with a good product, and I might come back, I know I’m not alone being tired of the inconsistency!

Johnny’s has been my FAVORITE pizza place in the shores for about 4 years now. We normally pay by card and get prompt delivery without incident. Unfortunately, we did have a double billing issue with them about a week ago, I was unable to resolve the issue by phone but when I physically went out of my way to go into the shop to explain the situation the guys did respond to my request for another order of pizza and knots in lieu of a gift card. So 5 stars for product quality but only 3 stars on customer service since I did have to invest my time and do some of my own leg work to make this issue right, but without a doubt I will be back!

Location doesn’t match the pictures. Pizza was very flimsy and wet. We got the all in pizza I should have thrown it all in the trash! The side we got was the poppers and they look nothing like the picture (false advertisement) there was only 6 no sauce, do not recommend getting pizza here little Cesar’s Would have been a better call. It shows a very nice atmosphere in the pictures but the place doesn’t even have chairs! No sodas nothing in the very small lobby. Want real pizza go to the store and get a frozen one!
