Wait staff are not friendly, at all. We had a large party and instead of seating us in the large area, they insisted on putting 5-6 people at a 4 person table. The food is usually good. Use to be a good place to eat but things have changed and the people have change. Our party showed up and they had to sit all over the restaurant because the waitress didn’t want to put us together. The food took over an hour to get to us… some were finished and leaving when the others were just receiving their food. And, this was an event scheduled in advance.

Order my food at 6:50 pm for pick up. Website said food would be ready at 7:15 pm. Went into the store at twenty after seven and waited for forty minutes for my pizza to come out. The pizza was cold when it was handed to me but i needed to get home I figure I could warm it when I got home. Order a BBQ pizza which cost me overt thirty dollars. Took a bite out of the BBQ pizza to find that it had pizza sauce on it with a BBQ drizzle. Not sure who thought this was a good combination but needless to say it was disgusting. While it has been a while since I last ordered this pizza I do remember the last time there was no pizza sauce on it. Also, there seem to be few if any red onions on the pizza nor any pineapple which paid extra for. When I called to inquire about this I was hung up on. When I called again and was able to explain, there was no attempt to make this right and not so much as an apology. While the pizza itself looks alright, the taste is something horrendous and the temperature is absolutely unacceptable especially after waiting an additional forty minutes to get my food. Not sure what happened to this place but they have really gone down hill.

Well I’m currently sitting on the toilet due to food poisoning. Pizza was beyond mid, and my chicken wings well…. I would consider taking them off the menu due to my state right now. AND how does one get the total of $40 from a small cheese pizza, 6 wings, garlic knots and 2 drinks. I can go to “Crust” in ALPHARETTA Ga, I can get muscles, appetizer, and my girlfriend a meal as well for $5 more. I mean it’s ridiculous. I think I’ll try my luck at a gas station with a blinking light next time.

The staff was friendly, and the toppings were good, but they either went cheap on their flour, or they overworked the dough. My pizza was tasty but tough. I got quite a workout chewing.
Their online ordering system would benefit greatly by adding a we have started making your pizza notification with an updated pickup time. My pizza was barely warm when I arrived at the originally estimated time.
