I’VE ATE HOSPITAL FOOD THATS BETTER THAN THIS SLOP!
Every single fricken time, I order a bucket of original recipe chicken.
Potatoes and macaroni.
Man their chicken used to be killer, the Potatoes and gravy was the bomb!
NOW THO?
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
They literally let chicken set for hours upon hours and sell it as if its fresh!
Its so bad!.
Bu,t the damn Original recipe.
Literally looks like crispy chicken and ?crunches like it too.
Its so damn bland and dry, its inedible!
The damn gravy is usually OK, but ive had itAbsolutely unacceptable, $32 down the drain!
And no, I seriously could not finish the food!
Its not a one time thing, this is an on-going thing.
I certainly wouldn’t waste my time complaining, if it was just a fluke.
If you eat here, demand fresh food?
I’d recommend waiting a month or so, not that it’ll change things.
But KFC used to be a safe bet!

I am at this establishment at 7:30 and the lobby is closed even though the door says the lobby closed at 9 pm. I am told I can’t order extra crispy because they only have original but I then have to pull forward and wait an additional 20 minutes. The food I received was not correct because I didn’t order any of my food with a side of attitude. If I hadn’t already waited 20+ minutes I would have asked for a refund and spent my hard earned money elsewhere.

The potato wedges were hard!! (Not done). Also got a large mashed potato and gravy not very lg size! Got a chicken strip and it was extremely small. Not worth the money. Customer service could be friendlier! Oh and fried pickles were nasty breading soggy and fell off. Update: Daughter got a macaroni and cheese LG. Not filled up all the way! Also got wedges to try again hard. I got a LG mash potatoes and gravy kept getting something white and hard in my mouth. Then my chicken sandwich had a long hair in it twisted around the chicken and pickles. Won’t ever go bk there done!

I went there yesterday and got a famous bowl and it was killer really good. So I go back to today to get the same thing and there’s one customer sitting at the window no other customers in sight when I pulled up lady says hang on a minute 15 minutes later I came over here to Taco Bell still the guy sits at the window by himself come on KFC you just ran away your customers man how you expect to stay in business if you can’t serve people on time

Movie and dinner and who knew how that was going to end up, while ordering food and waiting, let’s just say chaos had broke out in there parking lot and every single one of the employees focused on the fact I had my grandson with me and made sure he was OK and safe. You don’t see this much at all anymore but there concern for kids and there safe being really touch me. If I didn’t have a fav. KFC I do now!!!! Thank you

The employees quite literally ignore the customers waiting for their orders to be taken the chicken was dry and my potato wedges were inedible the best part of the meal was the drink that only they carry lol but besides that wouldn’t come here unless you want to wait a half an hour for fast food lmao, also my mom mentioned to an employee that customers were walking out because they were just standing there for a looong time and she said it is what it is like is it your business to run and to say what profit that company makes I think not poor owner needs to hire some competent people

Ordered my food and was told they were out of white meat, which was fine since I agreed to all dark. After I paid at the window, they then told me they didn’t have extra crispy and that it would be a 30-minute wait, and also mentioned they don’t offer refunds. I agreed to wait, but when I finally got home and opened the bucket, the chicken was mostly original recipe, soggy, and a complete mess. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this KFC location.

So went to the KFC in Coldwater Michigan and they said they could not take any orders through the drive-thru so we had to go in! We get inside to order the $20 meal which was 7 pieces of chicken to mashed potatoes and four biscuits and they inform us that they are out of biscuits!! I asked if instead of the four biscuits we could get a substitute of a small coleslaw and they said no and then I asked if we could get a discount because we weren’t getting the biscuits and they said no!! They were very rude and unorganized and once they told me know they walked away and never came back up to the counter to ask me if I was still going to place an order!! I will never go into that restaurant again I will now start going to the new Hillsdale or jonesville KFC that’s opening up soon!! There were a lot of people in line and when I left a lot of them left as well after hearing how I was treated and that they were not willing to substitute anything for the biscuits that they were out of and unwilling or substitute!! Pretty sure they lost a lot of business tonight!!

We put order in at 5:30 for a 6:15 pickup. Got there at 6:15. Had to go in to get the food that was ready at 6:45. Tenders were burnt. They said they needed to change the oil. Other issues as well. My last several trips have been bad..food storage etc. We will not be back.

Stood in line for 20 minutes along with 5 other people. Three people, myself included, walked out because they were more worried about the drive through then the lobby. Never was even acknowledged. Hello, be right with you not even a boo. Actually, this review should be a minus 10!! This is the reason Wendy’s closed, because of the help.
