I will never order here again. Ordered door dash and get a notice when my food makes it to my door that everything that I Ordered for me and my kids was out of stock except the garlic bread and mozzarella sticks. So now the money I used got refunded but now have to wait 7 to 10 business days.

It was the 2020-2021 academic year. Johnnys was amazing. $6 for a delicious chicken parm sandwich, a pop, and a bag of chips combo. I go back there today.. it is the 2021-202 academic year. I waited in the lobby of Johnnys for 15 min with no one to check me out, staring at my chicken parm ontop of the grill going cold. Once finally checked out, I have been charged $7 for my chicken parm and was not granted access to my pop and chips combo. I went home, ate my chicken parm, and was disappointed to taste that the quality of chicken parmness decreased over the summer as well. I had high hopes for this place becoming a national chain, now, not so much…
