Can the staff please just write down the orders instead of yelling across the shop 3 times to repeat the order which makes the customers uncomfortable. Also, we had one poor customer service experience where a female was very rude for literally no reason, but the men there are very friendly. Regarding food, the bagel sandwiches are usually very fresh and tasty.

I’ve been eating here for about 2 years now and never had a bad experience. I order lunch for our staff and they always get them done quickly and correctly. There are other reviews that say how rude the staff here are but I have never experienced anything like that. They are always very friendly.

Best bagels I’ve ever had! Just brought 9 dozen back to Florida. We freeze them and thaw when we get a craving. Everyone in there is so friendly. They even carried the box out to my car for me. Only one negative – there’s no delivery to Florida!
