Didn’t have to wait long at all during lunch. Turkey was moist and the okra was good. For me I didn’t like the 685 location. This location does have a cigarette lingering but that could be from the bar next door since Pflugerville is a smoking city. The brisket was a little dry to my liking but some pickles and jalapenos with the hot mustard made it OK. All in all I’d give it a other shot on the brisket, but turkey is all day good.

Very good food! Got it delivered via UberEats today and enjoyed the brisket and turkey. I liked the brisket a bit more than the turkey and the sauce went well with both. Pinto beans had a lot of brisket in it too for flavor and Mac and cheese was a good side choice. Bread pudding was also excellent, wish I had a scoop of ice cream to put on top.

Placed an order a couple of days ago for brisket and sausage and green beans for a side. I had the green beans when they were at their last location . They were amazing . But this time, VERY disappointing . They were heavily coated with an all seasoning and extremely salty. The brisket was sub par and the sausage was strange. I actually thought it was tofu. I wasn’t sure what type of sausage it was. The bbq sauce looked like spaghetti sauce and again…. not tasty at all. Just overall VERY disappointed. Never ordering from there again.

Nothing like they used to be… When they were at the Round Rock location their pulled pork sandwich was incredible it even came in two sizes and prices were reasonable.

So what I love most about this BBQ joint is their green beans!

Not the same Johnny Ts. Brisket was half fat and not edible. Sausage was like eating wet sawdust. Took 20 minutes to get my to go order but there was only one other person there so I don’t know why. I ordered ribs also, but they forgot to put it in the order. After eating part of what they did remember, I did not care about the ribs. I am not exaggerating when I say that eating at McDonald’s will cost you a fraction of what they charge you at the new Johnny Ts but it will taste a lot better. Avoid this place like the plague. They do not need anybody’s business.

I guess for most Texans this would be awesome BBQ because it is so full of peppers of all types. Green beans were fresh and freshly pan fried with LOTS of cayenne, this wimpy northern girl could not eat them. Tons of tender meats on both sandwiches, I got end of the brisket, a little too crusty. The bacon was very crisp, loved that. Not sure what was up with coleslaw but didn’t eat that either. Just not the BBQ we prefer.

I loved the location on Dessau and went there all the time, but this location stinks. Literally! The whole restaurant smells like cigarette smoke. I ordered the Pflaming pig and 3 meat plate. Half my pork sandwich was actually brisket, and mostly the salty crust part with no real meat. My 3 meat plate: all the meats were mixed together and were also mostly comprised of huge fatty parts and the salt crust. Super disappointing! I asked for lots of Carolina Mustard and got none. They also forgot my pickles and onions. The Texas toast was two pieces of bread, not toasted at all. And to add insult to injury, I waited nearly 50 minutes for this crap!! Never going back!! What a dump. This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed something and I just had to. The experience was THAT bad!!

I like this place. I’m not an expert on BBQ but I love their Lean Brisket sandwich with their potato chips dipped in Carolina Mustard…my “usual”. They are always friendly and they are part of my “special meals” every so often. I love the drive thru of this new location. I didn’t mind walking inside in their previous location but I got to admit, the drive thru is more convenient.

I really was looking forward to Johnny T’s but it moved, no biggie I thought. When I arrived it was small , no problem, the young lady and guy that served and took our orders where outstanding. I ordered 2 meat barbecue and when it arrived I couldn’t believe what I paid $14 for. It was 3 d*mn little ribs. the employees where shocked also and when the cook/manager came out. I understood why…..NEVER again will I waste my time with that , I suggest you don’t either. (i will have to do a google review also, so you can see the $14 meal)
