There place was pretty empty so I assumed we would have decent service. The server knew nothing about the menu. I asked for something for the onion rings to dip and I was offered ranch. The kicker is my husband’s burger came with a sauce that was on the onion rings. Everything took such a long time. Never check on anything. The food was basic at best. The bathroom was dirty, the floors were dirty. Should have went to one of the many other restaurants. The nostalgia isn’t worth the visit.

Retired “Foodie” Lady
We ate lunch at Johnny Rockets and were really disappointed! It is supposed to be a retro diner with retro food, but isn’t really! They no longer have the real malts served in the metal tumblers. Instead, it is shakes served in glasses. I asked for water with lemon and got water with 3 packets of lemon juice instead. Service was friendly. We won’t be back. We can get hamburgers anywhere.

I am very excited about this post. There is a wait time and it’s understandable. It’s inside a mall and the food is not fast food. It’s a burger yes, but it’s magic comes from being prepared soon after being ordered. The ingredients are different and the quality stands out. To keep it simple the food is amazing! The establishment is beautiful and the service tops it off. I was treated very well despite being extremely busy by a young lady (Mary Venegas). I had a wonderful time. Thanks to all!

Delicious food in a fun spot in a crowded mall. A little pricey(4 stars for that), but worth it for the occasional treat.
Each dish came on a separate plate. I did like the servings of fries and onion rings are big enough to share with the family. The seating being right next to the middle of the mall makes for good people watching.

Felt like nobody wanted to work there. Food was okay, bit overpriced for what it was. Maybe who knows. Not a great experience.

The food was so good especially the bacon fries and I loved the environment it felt so nostalgic. The waitress was amazing and funny. I say that the waitress was the most reason why I gave this place a five star because she was so welcoming and patient.

Im here right now, staff is incredibly rude and does not care about guests….two families left before I was even seated cause we were ignored. When questioned, staff was super rude about the wait and said “they would get to us when they could”. They said they were “slammed” but the restaurant is at less than half capacity (about 15 guests) We sat down and weren’t even greeted for at least 10 minutes. Been waiting 15 minutes and havent gotten food yet. Also, tried to scan for the jukebox…it says its playing but its completely silent in here. Management is either non existent or unaware of how their staff is treating guests. Line cooks are on their phones in sight of customers (while i still haven’t gotten my food, and nothing is cooking). Management and corporate should be embarrassed.
