This visit was horrible let me start there. We walked in the two ladies in front Just looked at us we said hello then one of them said how many. Customer service no good starting off. The salsa tastes like tomato sauce. We ordered margaritas they taste watered down most of them come with Jose Cuervo. My wife ordered a Long Island and it taste like blue curcao nothing like a Long Island. The food was good but cold. The manager came over at the end to ask how was our visit. We told her how bad the Long Island was and how the drinks were not good and she said the bartender been here for five years and everyone loves her drinks. I asked her why does this restaurant have 3 1/2 stars on yelp then. She has no response and basically she didn’t care about our opinion so why did she even ask us ? Most mangers will apologize and say they appreciate the feedback but not her she just said everyone loves the bartender drinks she been there 5 yrs. Then she tried to leave and my mom was still giving her feedback but the manager was not interested in listening again why ask ? This will me my last visit here I suggest you safe your money and go sone where else.

Los Toltecos of Sterling is a fantastic spot for delicious Mexican food with great service and a welcoming ambience. The Mahi Mahi platter was outstanding — fresh and perfectly cooked. The Chicken Poblanos and Chicken Mole were flavorful, with the mole having a nice tangy kick. We loved the tableside guacamole — fresh and full of flavor — and the horchatas were cool and refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience that we’ll definitely be coming back for!

On a late Saturday afternoon there was ample seating available.
We were a big group and the service was fast.
The food was good, everything we ordered was very good.
The ambience is nice.
For a birthday celebration they quickly arranged a sombrero hat and the entire staff came to sing and decorated the dessert – it was a nice gesture.
Definitely on the pricey side.

The birria tacos were meaty and tasty. The enchiladas were sloppily prepared and a third grader could have done a better job. There were plenty of employees tending to the table but they were poorly trained and messed up repeatedly. The ambiance however is colorful, festive and well thought out. Good for a night out with drinks but not if you consider yourself a foodie. Wash down the mediocrity with a drink or three.

Food tasted good , well maintained interiors and ambience , price is bit upper range , staffs are attentive , less friendly , service was fast enough . Food tasted good , but one of the food was making one person in our group fall sick for night. Most of the items we ordered was good except few was undercooked or some complaints . Alcohol drink we ordered was Ok ish. Enchiladas or chimichanga was fried in bad oil and we could taste while we had and kept aside.

Nice atmosphere and staff. If you’re at the mall and crave something outside a cinnamon bun this restaurant is a great option. It wasn’t crowded and food came out within 15 minutes of being seated. Would come back if I had to eat at the mall.

Have eaten here twice and have enjoyed myself but something about their food doesn’t sit right with me. Both times I have thrown up in the bathroom while at the restaurant while my partner gets tummy ache. Don’t know what they put in their food or drinks but doesn’t sit right with us. Really upsetting bc we like the atmosphere

We used to frequent l this establishment when it existed across the street. A subtle change seemed to take place when they got to the mall. Not sure why but the food quality I had slipped quite a bit.
Figured they were still open so maybe they had sorted it out and had returned after at least 2 years. In my estimation, there are either significantly better options these days in the area, or the food quality has taken a dive completely off a cliff. Out of four meals. Meals one of them was acceptable. That acceptable one was Fajitas. So that one really does not take too much effort. I had them all away, which appeared to be flattened strips of chicken with some sauce dumped on it. Certainly, there was no depth of flavor whatsoever. One of the diners had a burrito and described it as lacking flavor. We will save the table side guac was good.
I’d say that I’m not sure what’s going on with this place, but I will really say I’m not sure how it is still open. A one-star review for me means bad to disgusting. I would not spend your money here.

I feel bad that I gave so many 5 stars without seeing this place:) first of all the best design I have ever seen for a Mexican restaurant. I would love to meet with the designer first if I can :)( I am an interior designer as well) The stuff was very nice and friendly. Their menu had so many options that you will definitely find something for your taste. I ordered Fajita from them and It came out very fast and it was very very delicious. Most of the times, When I eat Mexican dishes, foods are very heavy but their plates wasn’t heavy at all.
I would definitely come back for lunch, dinner and happy hours with my friends.
Brand new place, so everything is pretty clean and organized.
