This was my first visit to Joey Bundtz and certainly will not be the last. As soon as my son and I entered the restaurant we were greeted warmly by the owner. I ordered 2 slices to go. The owner gave us two Bundtz cakes one pineapple and one Strawberry on the house. He makes them daily.

Definitely my new pizza spot! Super friendly and helpful staff, and little to no wait time. I ordered a plain pie and a personal veggie pie for pickup, and grabbed 2 bundtz cakes on the way out. I almost ate half of the pie myself. The pizza is absolutely delicious & cooked to perfection. The cakes were also really good! Can’t wait to try the other menu items. 10/10 recommend (:

We’ve lived in the area many years and was passing by a new Pizza place, Joey Bundtz and not having eaten lunch decided to try it out. Upon entering we were greeted by Joey himself and seated. My Wife ordered a Grilled Jersey Shrimp Wrap with avocado and roasted peppers, it came with a choice of sides and my Wife opted for the potato salad, Joey asked many questions on how she’d like the salad and it turns out that they made the potato salad and many of the other items on the menu per order and the salad certainly tasted like it, very good and fresh. I ordered a tuna sub and the tuna was prepared fresh to order. The food was very good the service very personable. we finished off with two orders of Cherry Bundtz Cakes also very good. We’re going have to go back for the Pizza real soon.

I’m almost at sure in the past I saw that pizza guy that goes around and reviews all the pizza places and he stopped in this place. I know the area because I grew up close so when I was coming through the intersection, I decided to stop in for a slab. I wound up buying a slice of pepperoni, a slice of sausage, a slice of Sicilian, and a slice of white pizza. I also bought an order of knots (5) that of course came with the container of marinara. When I was driving home, the pizza was smelling so good that I had to pull out the slice of sausage and take a bite of it while I was driving. It was a little dangerous because it was hot so I took one bite and put it back in the box because it was red hot. That slice was so tasty that I couldn’t wait for it to cool down so I could finish it. It was definitely not one of your typical bland slices that just tastes like cheese, sauce and bread and some sausage chunks on top. Of course I didn’t eat all of the slices because that’s a lot of pizza so I brought it home for my family. I got to taste all of the slices and I have to say, they were all fantastic. I will definitely be stopping by Joey Bundtz’s next time I’m in the area. Thanks for a good pie

We had a 16′ pie half Cheese and half sausage and it was very good. Had a Sicilian slice and it was excellent with a sweet sauce. We also had a sausage peppers and onions roll and it was good. The gentleman behind the counter was excellent.

While I’ve yet to dine in, I’ve catered from here multiple times now, and it has been a great experience. Looking forward to trying some more options from here. Here’s a pic of a pack of Bundt cakes we had this past weekend.

Tried it out for the first time. Pizza was fantastic. Being a Brooklyn implant, finding good pizza in jersey is sometimes hard, but this place did not disappoint. Owner was very nice. Gave my daughters some strawberry cake pieces that were also delicious. Hope they’re successful and stick around because this will be my go to pizza place from now on.

We stopped for breakfast and got omelets. The service was excellent. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted right away, very quick service and friendly. Would 10/10 go here again for breakfast!

Joey and crew are really good guys. Food is hot, tasty, and made quick. Portions are nice and not overly priced. I get food almost every week from them.
