Joe’s ribs started as a hobby of nothing more than a smoking/grilling enthusiast. I wanted to smoke and grill more food than my family could eat so I found reasons to make food for friends, family and neighbors (as a military family, not so many close family members). After smoking a few dozen racks of ribs for the Auburn Police Department, I had so many follow up requests for ribs, I figured this is what I should do… and now you have access to Joe’s ribs. There are more menu options than just ribs and nearly everything is customizable, with specialty items added frequently.
