I ordered vegetable chow mein and they gave me a plate with vegetables and white rice. So I called and told them they gave me the wrong food, the guy told me the chow mein were the deep fried noodles in the bag. Im not chinese, but I know what chow mein noodles are, and these deep fried lo mein noodles are not that.The sweet and sour chicken is obviously pre breaded, frozen chicken, which I normally dont have a problem with, but this stuff is the lowest quality you can get. To call this place “new york style” is an insult to any chinese restaurant in NYC.
Im usually not a picky eater but all I could stomach eating was the side of shrimp fried rice I got with my SnS chicken.
Anyone willing to give this place anything but two stars doesnt know their a** from a hole in the ground.

Great food! I used to live in Clearwater and tried many other Chinese restaurants but not one was as good. I was so happy when I moved back here. I usually have it delivered and expect at least 30 minutes to get it but it is always hot. I also usually special order instead of straight from the menu and I have never had a wrong order.

I haven’t eaten at every Chinese place in Florida. But I have lived here all my life, traveled all over the state, and eaten at many Chinese restaurants. This is the best one in Florida. There are better in NYC, and certainly on the West Coast where you can even get authentic Chinese cuisine. Or any other kind of Asian food. I know, because I’ve been there too.
The best way I can describe the quality is with the egg rolls: fried to a golden crisp and not greasy. But most importantly, the filing is fresh and not frozen. The cabbage is crisp. I don’t know if they make them in the back every day, but it tastes like they do. Ditto on the spring rolls.
And everything I’ve had there has been absolutely top notch. Never disappoints.

I eat here all the time the food is hot and fresh always. I have tried many different items on the menu and everything has been good. My favorite of all is the shrimp and chicken curry with a shrimp egg roll yum!! If anyone had a bad experience please try them again because I promise you that you won’t regret it.

Ordered food at 5:00 pm and paid for it online. At 6:15 I called and was told that my order left their store 45 minutes before. 15 minutes later, still did not have food. I called to cancel the order because I did not think it was smart for a pregnant woman to eat food that was sitting out for over an hour. Had to call 4 times to try to find out how to get a refund. I was informed they didn’t have a website ( they do I ordered from it) and that a third party took the payment. I was instructed to call the third party. I called them and they said the restaurant processed the payment and not them and that I would have to get a refund from the restaurant. Was lied to by the restaurant and had to call and file a dispute from my bank who gladly returned the money. I wouldn’t order from this restaurant unless you want food that’s left to sit out and possibly cause food poisoning.

The food is amazing for a strip mall Chinese restaurant. There are several options within 15 minutes of me and I always call this place. We tell every renter and every family member that visits to try China Express. Sandy is exceptionally nice and always has a smile when I walk in. The wings are a standard and then the Singapore mai-fun or the house fried rice are usually what I get. I haven’t been too adventurous but everything I tried I love so far.

None of the chinese resurants compare to this one. I especially like their shrimp egg rolls. We have ordered egg drop soup and sweet and sour chicken to go and it has always been good.

First time ordering, online for delivery. No sauce for my crab rangoon. STALE NOODLES that I just poured into my soup. Paid the $1 upcharge for fried rice and received plain rice. How does this place have such a high rating ? Egg drop soup had no flavor at all .. Gross .. Called the restaurant to let them know that my order was terrible was told I was being transferred to the “Online Manager” and was hung up on.
