Ordered the classic with provolone and little drizzle of cheez-whiz (owner’s recommendation). It was great and more than I could eat in one sitting. I think the steak could be seasoned a bit more but it definitely tasted fresh! I’ll be back to try the other items on the menu.

We decided to try the new Philly restaurant in town. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken with Provolone and the Philly Full with Provolone. The sandwiches were amazing. High quality meat, cheese, and sub rolls. Prices were competitive for a sandwich of this quality. We will definitely be back!

Drew could tell I’d never been before and was all too pumped to make a suggestion. Great customer service, clean lobby but most importantly that Classic Cheesesteak extra provolone was on point. And I’m eating what’s stuck to the paper too!

The second I walked in the place smelled like smoke and was very hot. Ventilation needs to be improved. I was lightheaded after a few minutes standing there and had to walk outside.

I’ve been seeing this spot for a while now and decided to go in today with my kids. I’m a big fan of subs so the standard was pretty high but this place blew me away. The bread for the subs is so soft that I felt like taking a nap on it, the meat is perfectly seasoned and the veggies are fresh…incredible food! My kids also wanted to me to add in during this review that they loved their subs as well! Highly recommended

Maybe their flavor is for some, but I personally was let down. The sandwiches are over $11 for 10” cheesesteak. And the default cheese on many of them is cheesewhiz…. that is not the high quality I’m looking for at the $11+ price point. I also asked for no green peppers on the signature Joe Butch, but I got them anyway. Overall, I just prefer a more robust flavor/seasoning on my cheesesteak. I added my own seasoned salt. I also didn’t see mayo available.

A friend told me this is where to get the best Philly cheesesteak around so tonight I tried it. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. The guy made a helluva sandwich. It had a good amount of steak and cheese on it. The only bad thing I have to say is that from the first bite I took it tasted salty. After a couple more bites I stopped eating. The salt won out.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, but it is called Joe Butch CHEESTEAK. Where’s the cheese? If you ask for extra, it’s another $1.99 on top of the $23 you spent, and the cheese is still skimpy. Also, ranch cups are barely half full, and everything is extra and expensive for what you get. Meat needs to be seasoned. Maybe you need to go to Philly to see how they make these sandwiches, and not nickel and dime your good customers with extra charges for this and that, when you don’t really receive extra. It’s what should have been on there in the first place. And please start filling up the condiment cups. There was only half a teaspoon of ranch in a one ounce container AND IT WAS EXTRA MONEY!
