I’m not sure what’s going on lately, but the prices are high, the food quality has dropped, and the service is far below average. It seems like businesses no longer strive for excellence, even with competition everywhere. You’d think customer service would be a priority—simple gestures like greeting customers with a warm “hello” go a long way, especially when people choose to spend their hard-earned money at your establishment.
Unfortunately, tonight’s dinner was a disappointment. My cheesesteak was bland, with soggy bread that made it unappetizing. The presentation was equally underwhelming. The chef salad was no better: just three slices of tomato, two hard-boiled eggs, no cheese, hard celery, and an overall sad appearance w/ a mountain of lettuce. Nothing about this meal met expectations. Truly disappointing.

My boyfriend went to pick up a pizza on the way home and it was ready and 15 minutes. It was pretty good pizza too. They have pretty friendly service!

Today was my first time here with my friend. It was delicious! The slices are pretty big, definitely one can do the job. The owner has an amazing personality and all of the workers make it even better, especially the lady that works up front. We will definitely be back!
