If i could do zero stars, I would! This establishment is not only very unsanitary and unclean, the VERY FEW times I have ordered from here, they have either messed up my order, burned our food, or both! I had a 40 dollar order tonight that contained burnt food, greasy nasty sandwich, and burnt lava cakes. My specialty pizza was made with burnt thin crust, hardly any sauce, and no cheese on it at all! I went back in there and asked the very rude GM if he enjoys eating burnt cardboard like the monstrosity that he just made for my order? All of a sudden, he starts screaming at me! Hell no I dont want you to remake my food! The place smells like burnt out ovens and spoiled pizza dough, the floor in the food prep area was disgusting, and he refused me a refund of my order! I made a report to corporate and to the health department as well! Your not going to continuously mess up my order then denie me a refund when I dont want you to remake our food after going back in the store and really taking a better look at the food prep area! No thank you! $40 dollars is just chump change, but its more the principle of the situation! Can’t stand that establishment and you bet ill never order from there again and ill be sure to pass this experience along to others as well! Disgrace!

Might be time to go back to pizza hut. We ordered a a chicken/bacon pizza with garlic Parm sauce.. it’s unbelievably burnt and there’s no sauce at all. Bone dry. Wish there was a way to post pics. Would’ve given one star but the other pizza was okay and it delivered quickly. But still.. super disappointed.

If you want hot food fast I definitely recommend I’ve ordered from them a couple times and I got my food fast and each time was a different driver but they hauled ass I don’t know there names but one drove a grey car and the other drove a blue suv

Ordered the pizza through the app. Got the notification it was done. Yet, I thought they started making it as I arrived. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge she had messed up. But it was worse than that. They must’ve given my pizza to someone else. Then they tried saying it was my fault. At that point I had waited there 20 minutes and the cashier that knew she had given our pizza to the wrong person, tried telling me we ordered from another Domino’s. Even though it said on their Domino’s tracker when I walked in the store that the order from Stephanie C was ready. Total and complete incompetence.

I ordered two medium three topping pizzas, and a dessert. The pizzas delivered to me just had cheese one did not even have sauce, only cheese and bread. I was really looking forward to my spinach Alfredo pizza, disappointment is a understatement. The dessert was correct. I called the store and told them the situation in a calm manner. I was told that the manager personally made my order and there was not a mistake, I offered to show my receipt and the cheese pizzas. I was told this happens all the time and there’s nothing they can do. Then I was hung up on *twice after I said that didn’t seem fair for the price. I was calm and professional throughout the experience and tipped well. Long story short I will never order from domino’s again. I called the customer support line I’ve been on hold 45mins now. I would give zero stars but that’s not possible so I’ll give them one.

BEWARE!!! The Caucasian guy who appears to be the manager began making my pizza, LICKED BOTH THUMBS then started putting the toppings on my pizza. He literally did this in my face and I was absolutely taken aback. I stopped them from making my food and asked for the manager which they said was him. He came over and immediately said “the oven is at 450 degrees so all germs will be killed and if I licked my fingers I apologize.” I walked right out. I came on a business trip and will never go to this location again.
