I visited this place twice. The service is good and quick. I tasted 2 different vegetarian ramen(both spicy). I liked the spicy creamy vegan ramen better. I’d have liked tofu to be fried/cooked . The tofu they put is super bland. Their outdoor patio has ample space. There will be a little wait when you go for dinners on the weekend. The parking is always full since it’s in the mall. It’s a good try- but not my to-go spot!

First time eating @ Jinya and we were pleasantly surprised. The thick almost stew-like broth was flavorful and rich.

We’ve been wanting to try this place for a little while and boy it didn’t disappoint. Everything was good quality and cooked very well. The jinya bun was great and melts in your mouth. The ramens we tried were all great and my 2 year old loved her ramen. Great place for meat eaters or vegetarians alike.

It was busy on a Saturday evening but we were able to sit at the bar right away. I shared the kids meal and the pork bun with my son. It’s plenty of food. I really enjoyed the bun. The kids ramen is on the plain side but that is how most kids would like it. Tempura Brussels we’re ok. They need a little more taste maybe some tempura dipping sauce? They do come with a creamy sauce but my husband doesn’t do creamy sauce.

Service and decor is great and very ramen shop like. Easy ordering and quick serve. The main issue is with the noodles. They are soggy, either overcooked or not properly rinsed in cold water. If the noodles in ramen fails, it’s a big fail. The broth is average for the spicy and black tonkotsu.

Tasty noodz! Good amount of seating, especially outdoors. The noodles are all pretty good, and we especially enjoyed the karrage.

Soup is thick and tasty. Pork and noodle are good (above average) though not too surprising. But I would hope for a bit more ingredients, like bamboo shoots, in the bowl.

Tried the spicy creamy vegan ramen. Good stuff. But I liked it better in the Chandler branch than here. Something was off
