Store is like a maze. Used the kiosk to order. Chose dine in, food took forever to come out and was in a to go bag with no napkins or anything. Lady walked to the counter with bag and walked away before I could even say thank you. Food was amazing though!

This is probably the worst tacobell I’ve been to. Only 1 kiosk is working, one of the workers has their child here running around chaoticly throwing coins. Every surface was sticky, the floors, the chairs, the tables, disgusting. And I’ve been waiting for my order for about 30 minutes now and there is only 1 other family in here. They prioritize the drive thru so much that its not work coming inside.

It’s cheap OK Mexican food, and if you’re in a hurry. Fairly quick service but I don’t make complicated orders. Every item has been correctly prepared.
The dining area appears clean but I’ve never been to the restroom to see its condition.

Doors locked, very slow. Placed an online order for counter pickup during lunch at 12:18. Text back said order would be ready at12:19. Upon arrival doors were locked, and there were 5 cars waiting to order in the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes… no one moved. Didn’t have time to wait who know how long, so left. Recieved a text at 1:11 saying my order was ready. Sent a complaint and haven’t heard a thing 2 days later. Zero stars, do not recommend this location!

Food was cold, put an online order in they tried to say they were out of potato cakes only after I told them it was missing and it was past the breakfast time. NONE of the items were marked and I picked up for 5 people. I wasn’t about to dig through there food to see what was what smh. So after a long wait for the potato cakes the food was of course cold, they also to food back through the window which is cross contamination once it’s been in someone else’s hands outside the store. I advise the girl at the window that they should mark food and double check the orders before they go out which would make her job less stressful.

Service is good but the food? Taco bell has gotten pretty expensive since covid and the quality is in the basement. Seems as though everytime I decide to go back and try them again I now end up sick the next day. Do better taco bell.

Dude was actually so rude, I would have given him the advantage until I saw how screwed over we were on our food, now that someone’s messed with my food after 12 hours of not eating I’m upset. He did not acknowledge us at all, snatched the card out of my friend’s hand, and after opening our food up I got the grilled cheese burrito which was smaller than the taco, on top of that my burrito was literally just tortilla with the tiniest bit of meat. The tacos had no lettuce on them, They were hard and had barely meat in them just like the burrito.

I made my pick up order at 12:54, it said it would be ready at 1:08. I did not receive my order until 1:43. Drive thru orders being pushed through while pick up orders completely ignored. I stopped here while on a road trip – what a mistake!

Highly disappointed. They were dead, no customers, not even in the drive thru!! Nachos for my nachos & cheese were crumbs, taco was barely filled. smallest $6.59 burrito supreme I have ever seen, bare 4 inches long very skinny missing lettuce! C’mon now WTH! I WANT MY $$$ BACK!!

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. My bf and I went to cedar point hall weekends and wanted to grab dinner before we started our 1 and half hour drive home. We waited over an HOUR in the drive through line. There was only 7 cars in front of us and once you’re in the line you can’t get out.
