So here it is… believe all the reviews you read about this Applebee’s. From the server to the food… awful and time-consuming. It only seems like just a few short years ago, this Applebee’s in Sierra Vista was good to very good. Not anymore. My quesadilla chicken salad was the worst I have ever had(very burnt chicken and salad was not green/mushy. My wife’s chicken strips were nearly jerky. However, the fries were hot and delicious… on the top but cold underneath. Our server, Carrie (sp?), was slow and never came back with a refill for my wife. At the end of our 1 and 1/2 hour adventure, Carrie slammed down the bill on the table. Stay away!

We’re here today with my family love Applebee’s as a whole but this app will be has to be the worst I’ve ever been to I’m sorry to say this but the customer service girl at the front was very rude the girl that helped us with our food our server every time I asked her a question she told me nope nope nope every time I asked her something she was very unhelpful had to ask to get a refill for my soda my Mom’s hamburger was burnt my chicken was cooked way too much I hate to give this kind of review because I always give good reviews I’ve always loved Applebee’s the Applebee’s by my house in Nevada is wonderful when I go back there I will have to tell them about my experience here and I guarantee they will say I’m sorry that happened to you but this is going out to the owner of this Applebee’s because when I asked about the manager how come they didn’t come talk to us and ask us how our food was they told me he was busy in the back cooking and she just gave me a dirty look from here on out my family and I will never come to this Applebee again it’s sad to have to say that because I love Applebee’s I come here to visit my mom and my step dad when I come into town but all of us were very disappointed I told my mom let’s give this Applebee’s a try maybe it’ll be a good one because the last time she went it was bad too she said so I said let’s try again well guess what guys sorry but such bad service and bad quality of food and no management there to even talk to us or ask us how we are doing and when I asked to speak to one I didn’t even get one to come talk to me so there you have it guys you get a Rotten Tomato number one this goes out to people in the area looking because this is terrible I would not recommend this restaurant

So coming in to this chain restaurant, I wasn’t expecting too much.
This location was clean and efficiently operated by host and waiters. The meals were good and the specials were of decent value. My ribs had two options; a sweet and a spicy. I tried them both and favored the spicy. The happy hour draft beer was large and ice cold! Definitely worth one extra star!

Kyle was a great server, very nice and knows and performs the definition of tips-Too Insure Promt Service. Plus he was pulling tables out and cleaning underneath. The best visit yet…. Please commend him and a gift card its well deserved. A Server like that is hard to find. Oh yea he put our left over food in a togo container for us and he
used our name on the way out and insisted to hold the door open for us. Update: The server, Anna I believe, was extremely friendly and accurate. Good was delicious on this occasion.
Our order was not made correctly, even after I called and spoke to someone. The hostess or whoever it was that brought the food was condescending, rude and acted like we were disturbing her day. I left feedback and requested a callback…guess what? Never heard from anyone. This is why restaurants don’t last in Sierra Vista, horrible customer service and no follow up.

Everything i order from this place they always get my order wrong. When I order delivery and order the chicken sandwich without bacon. It comes with bacon or missing sides. So I started going there to get my takeout and have to have them check it while im standing there. They still some how end up getting it wrong. And have to run back and add to it. They recently took the table near the take out door so we can no longer fully check it. This time i just had to review a women broght it out and started running down everything that should be in there shes like ohh it is missing some things took it in the back and then brought it back out. After getting home the chicken platter with French fries was missing the French fries. Instead of calling again to tell them I was missing food again I figured would tell others my reoccurring experiences.

Was drawn to Applebee’s for there new sizzlin skillet. Was so gross and did not look anything like the menu. Will never get that again. The one was from their website of what it was supposed to look like. And the other was what I was served.

We went to Applebee’s on Thanksgiving and they had a limited Holiday menu (very understandable) but what I thought was not satisfying is the prices were $1 to $3.50 over the regular menu price. I don’t feel that a business should charge extra for any particular day. It is a form of price gouging.
