Don’t know who Jimmy is, but his pizza and pasta are great! Not to mention their calzones, my dad put them number one in Minot because of them! The online ordering makes it very convenient when you want pizza in a pinch. Just watch how many toppings you order (but even if you get too many, they really do try to accommodate).
Asked for extra pickles and they gave biblically accurate amount of extra pickles. Will order here again if needing a pickle fix.

I’ve been their twice in over a year,, ordered the same thing both times and they got it wrong both times. I ordered spaghetti, Italian sausage, mushrooms and wings. For some reason they gave me Rigatoni on both occasions. The wings were good, with ample sauce. From now on I’ll just get wings.

Great Wings. It was a bbq sauce but was perfectly tangy and not too spicy. Easily the best wings I’ve had in Minot and North Dakota to be honest.

Exactly what and completely not what I was expecting. Not, in that I had no idea this location is a food truck. I drove by the Home of Economy store confused when my gps said it was right there only to drive into the lot and see Jimmy’s is a food truck in Minot! I love Jimmys in Aberdeen SD and this truck gives me the same great service (different owners, obviously) and great food I come to expect from the Jimmys brand. Pizza was perfectly baked with a bit of char to make the fresh cheese golden brown. The pasta and cheese bread was on point as well. Hope this location and owner find success, What a gem of a pizza joint.

They can close up as far as I’m concerned. Ordered online for pickup at 5:50. I arrived at 5:55 and the order online said it was ready for pickup. The worker said they hadn’t started it yet and just shut the window in my face
