Ordered the 12 piece legs and thighs special. It was fresh and hot. However, did we get the end of the batch of fresh fries? Please can we get FRESH fries. In the event they were fresh, do better. Otherwise, good job.

My son and I eat here very often. My son loves their cheese burgers and I love their chicken Philly. I like that they don’t put all those mushrooms on the Philly like all the other restaurants and it has lots of flavor. Thank you chefs and Jimmy staff.

So I order the special which was a 12piece Chicken. Told the cashier which was very nice, don’t fry the chicken hard. So she told the cook and still the chicken was cooked hard and it was old. You get Legs and Thighs and the legs look like they came from a baby chicken. This was the second time I got a bad batch of chicken from Jimmy’s, Never again Chicken is not a good choice at this place.

Place is horrible, unprofessional slow staff work in there. No manners, The manager unprofessional wearing flip flops to work look sloppy. Ordered a number 8 he charged me for the wrong thing when i called he told me he would replace my order just keep the food till the next day to replace it then put me on hold and hung up . Called back put me on hold again so when i arrived at the store wasn’t no customers he just texting on his phone while he got me on hold ::

Edible but not worth the price or the time. Got a gyro and Italian beef. The beef was soooooo dry but it was dipped so the bread was juicy but the meat DRY! EVERYTHING WAS LUKE WARM. Had to put the fries in the air fryer to reheat them. Btw we live down the street so ain’t no way that food should’ve not been hot. Should’ve went to Nickys…Jimmy’s was a last minute alternative cause South Holland gyro wasn’t open yet. Never again…2 sandwiches, 1 fry and a lemonade $22…and it wasn’t good.

I ordered the “Chicago Style” hot dogs. I was asked if I wanted everything on it. I thought they meant everything that goes on a Chicago dog. I can live with diced tomatoes instead of wedges, and sliced dill pickles instead of spears, but ketchup should NEVER go on a Chicago dog. I should have refused it, but due to lack of time and hating to see food thrown away, I ate it. But will never order it again.

My sister went to Jimmy’s.. MMM SHE SAID WHEN SHE GOT IN THE CAR SHE SMELLED SOMETHING WEIRD.. AND SHE OPENED HER FRIES. THEY WERE COLD! AND UGLY. THEN SHE CLOSES IT AND OPENED THE NACHOS AND IT HAD NO SEASONING THE MEAT SMELLES WEIRD.. DORITOS WERE WILTED AND SOGGY IT TASTE OLD!! AND CRUSTY. EXTRA DUSTY. WONT BE BACK
