This is my favorite Taco Bell they’re pretty consistent only forget a sauce here or there but for the most part the service and quality are good. We have one that is slightly closer to us but the quality isnt near as good. We’ll drive a little further every time

This Taco Bell is terrible. I ordered a chicken Catina bowl and the gave me beef and chicken. Said I wasn’t going to eat it because I don’t eat beef . Then they fix it and give me this. What a joke. I’m so mad that I don’t even want it anymore . Should’ve just ordered a veggie bowl at this point .

This location is hit or miss. On Mother’s Day I came and asked for extra seasoning on my nacho fries and no cheese as I’m a vegan and they did exactly what I wanted the second two photos are from then for comparison. That time was 5 stars! But today I go and asked for the same thing and I’m told “we can’t do that.” I said “you guys did yesterday.” And she says “I keep telling them not to do that. We have to do it a certain way.” So I just said “well sometimes I come and there’s not much seasoning, so can you just please make sure they’re well seasoned.” Apparently this was a manager who I’m assuming was only thinking about food costs. This is shrinkflation. Look at the fries they gave me (1st photo). There’s a few fries with a light dusting but not nearly enough. Especially for someone who can’t eat the cheese and is only getting them for the seasoning. I wanted to ask for my money back but my boyfriend talked me out of it. It was like they gave me less out of spite or something. They physically can add extra seasoning they are choosing not to. Highly disappointed especially when just two days ago it was perfect.

Using mobile services three items one avocado, ranch, chicken, stacker, and two chicken flatbread melts were placed at 1329. It took over 30 minutes to get a mobile order I understand being shortstaffed, however, an order that was placed ahead of time though? I will never go to this location and It was my first time too.

All they do is talk in the back. I was sitting for 10-15 minutes and when I got my food my drink was half melted. I’m missing my chips and cheese when it was part of the classic luxe box too.

Only thing saving this from a 1 star was the food was decent. Service took 20 minutes and they weren’t even busy. Not only that but this is the most expensive Taco Bell in Greenville. The same meal I got here ($20) would have cost me somewhere about $15 if I were to have gone to a different one. This place had been going downhill fast

Did a doordash order and they made our door dash guy wait over 30 minutes for our food. Their was six other people waiting also. They need to do better it shouldn’t be almost a hour wait getting food.
