Thought I was having a stroke because you couldn’t understand a single word the person taking the order was saying, inquired about why they would be taking the drive through orders, was not trying to be rude but communication is kinda important when taking orders, pulled up to the next windows and had 3 workers giving us dirty looks, then had to ask for a drink tray for multiple drinks, they didn’t even give a full drink, then was asked to pull over for 9 minutes for two triple cheeseburgers, just not a friendly experience and at $4.29 for a medium drink it should definitely be full.

Try. To order a spicy chicken sandwich @ drive Thur couldn’t get the person in store to understand what I want I thought I was going have to get out of car and go scream into mic to get him to hear me then couldn’t understand him when he said something back. That’s reason I DON’T LIKE DRIVE THURS OR FAST FOOD BUSINESSES they put people on these windows to take orders and communicate with the public.But NO they place someone there that doesn’t speak clear ENGLISH but their language it’s BS

Good location, Good service, Nice that they’ve hired a few American speaking people and a few seniors. Not to complain much but at the start of the year there wasn’t a native English speaking person working there. I wish more businesses would understand the importance of that.

Kaotic Everytime I stop in there inside or fldrive thru. I learned to no request any thing different on a sandwhich because they will not do it and get an attitude when you bring it back 5+ times . Simply a plain cheeseburger they have yet to make me a plain cheese on the first order always have to bring it back in to get it right. Sad

Had a discount for a crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwich usually costs around $5. I got it for $1. The chicken was about the size of a chicken tender. And it was the chewy chicken. MickeyD’s needs to do better. The Springs Roads location is mostly great. The awnings over the drive thru windows barely cover half of the cars roofs, but that’s corporate crap.
