Since we started cracking eggs over 40 years ago in a little restaurant in Oklahoma City, our philosophy has been unwavering: Make all of our entrees fresh every day using only quality ingredients and treat every customer like they’re a guest in our home. Dinner was slightly busy, but I did not have to wait for a table. Hostess was kind. The table was kind of sticky. Perhaps syrup from previous guest. The coffee is excellent. I had 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and 2 slices of bacon. My breakfast was great. I would recommend it.

Me and my Prospect (its a biker thing) went, he’s been 3X prior. 20 min wait wasn’t too bad, even though others came in, sets of 2, after us and got seated before us. Food was good though. I would go again FOR SURE. But try other menu items to see what else is good.

Listen up, foodies! Stop what you are doing and get here. I like to day trip and we love to hit diners and hole-in-the-wall places in all kinds of towns. We always say everything is better anywhere but Midland (service mainly) but Jimmy’s just proved us wrong. The wait staff is the best we have experienced and we hit a LOT of spots. I tried to drain my coffee cup and could not get past half full before the waitress was asking if I wanted more. Top tier service!! Now on to the food. Dear lord. The variety! This is not a new place. They have hit their stride. Getting over medium eggs in a quick prep environment is not easy but Jimmy’s hit the nail on the head. The presentation was something off a TV chef show. (Check the pics) The flavor was perfect, not too much or too little. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, perfect prep. Their coffee was excellent. There was not one unhappy face in the entire room. We looked. When a food place attracts all age groups and walks of life you know the place is popular. It is way larger inside that it appears from the street so seating is not a problem. I’m real stingy with stars but Jimmy’s earned every single one and I NEVER give five stars. Just get here. You have to experience this. Jimmy’s, keep up the fantastic job!

First timer, Food lacked flavor. Very Bland. Got the country skillet. We also ordered mimosas, would have stayed longer drinking but the type of OJ was not a good mix with the champagne. Wish it was fresh squeezed. Oh well. Service was awesome.
