I was order EC6D8. Delivery was fine, it was through uber anyways, but my food was wrong and there’s no accessible way to notate on the website directly or respond to my order. My wife’s food didn’t come with the tomatoes that normally come on it, and I ordered freebie Jimmy peppers and lettuce and neither were on my toasted Jimmy Cubano—just a few sad pickle slices on a fairly empty sandwich. I wouldn’t even have noticed the empty sandwich or have been subsequently disappointed with its sorry, empty state, had JJ actually put on my and my wife’s sandwich what we ordered. Probably won’t order from here any time soon as Jersey Mikes is closer and actually puts food between the buns.

LIKE IT HOT?? OMG just tried the new TOASTED chicken, bacon ranch (with provolone, onions, cucumbers and lettuce) and it was fantastic! Didn’t even want to share with the pooch.
((would be 5 stars if there was spinach and/or sprouts and they didn’t have 4.8 as an option. Sorry JJ’s! I’ll still be back))

I want to like this Jimmy John’s because it’s the closest location to my house and I don’t want to deal with Clackamas traffic. But I guess back to Clackamas it is because this is the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever seen. I’ve given it multiple attempts, and there’s always something wrong. Once (I kid you not), they couldn’t make me a sandwich because “we sold all the bread online.” I was there in person. The mysterious bread buyer was not. I was told I would have to wait for them to bake new bread (about an hour). I asked if I could buy the day old bread. They said I could just have it. I said, “Great, I’d like a sandwich.” They refused to make the sandwich, for…? what? The fear of a bad review? I refused to come back here for months after that stupidity. Tonight I broke down and gave them another try. Well. Fool me twice, shame on me. My sandwiches were somehow terrible. I don’t even know how it’s possible to mess up Jimmy John’s since the ingredients are so fresh, but here we are. They didn’t scoop enough bread out, they didn’t cut the bread wide enough so the ingredients didn’t lay flat, too little lettuce, too much mustard….
is this a first world problem? YES.
is the cost of food also too expensive in this economy for a $9 sandwich to not be correct from a place that prides themselves on being great? ALSO YES.
Go to… literally any other Jimmy John’s. They are all better.

We’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for about a year and a half now. The employees are usually pretty quiet and don’t seem too interested in the customers or what they’re doing. But this time was different big shout out to Trey who was very helpful and attentive.

They have the Best service and it’s really freaky how fast it is. You almost feel like it’s not possible to get your stuff delivered that fast because I don’t ever expect it to be the food I just got done ordering like less than 10 minutes ago.

Not as advertised. The commercial had me craving a Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich. The picture up on the menu board had me salivating! Big beefy tomatoes and slabs of mozzarella cheese with pesto and balsamic glaze. Yum! Spent $19 and added a tip. Got it home and this is what it looked like…

*Update* Store manager did get hold of me and gave me a in store credit.
They are fast, but I do not think they read the orders. Placed an online order and asked for no tomatoes and cucumber and 1/2 mayo and avocado. Sandwich was loaded with all of the above. By the time it was realized I was miles away. I will not order here again.

I order delivery from here on a semi-regular basis since I work nearby and this is my go to when I don’t have time to meal prep. Gotta give credit where it’s due- they have never once gotten my order wrong! They also do a really good job following delivery instructions (unless the order gets punted to Uber eats/door dash, not a JJ’s issue). So reliable and always hits the spot.

This jimmy johns better count their days lol.
Usually they’re soo slow but it’s fine cuz my Sandwich is good but this last time I went my sandwich (same thing I order every time) is literally tiny. It’s like a sandwich for ants. It was half the size as it is normally. I’m 5’2 I have small hands and it like fit perfect in my hand. Expensive for a tiny little toddler sandwich

This is the WORST JJ’s I have ever been to. Every single time we order food here, they manage to completely overlook clearly stated instructions. No matter how many times I request that my sandwich be cut in half, both in the order, and in the name on the sandwich requesting it be cut in half. They FAIL every time. Ask for a sandwich to be toasted… FAIL every time. It is an embarrassing lack of any care for any instructions whatsoever. I wish literally ANYONE would take over their franchise. I love JJ’s, but this location gives a bad name to them all.
